With all of the recent great reviews, I was definitely feeling hopeful, but the food is not worth the price you pay nor the time you spend waiting on your order to be fulfilled. My entire to-go order tasted like it was yesterday’s leftovers served today and my fountain soda was flat. I ordered the pineapple chicken (pictured) – tastes just like orange chicken though orange chicken is a separate menu item and there’s clearly no actual pineapple (which I was hoping for). I’m not completely sure if I even received what I ordered because we requested a receipt and didn’t receive one. First and last time coming here.

Visited this establishment on August 4, 2023 with my daughter and the experience was horrible. The young lady working there seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered and would rather be on her phone the entire time. There were approximately 5 tables that were dirty from previous customers and only one was cleaned during our visit for a dine in customers. The young lady never checked on us during our visit. The container with the sauce was dirty and had old sauce caked in it that caused the lid to be discolored and stuck making it difficult to open. The food portions are relatively small for the price. I have tried this restaurant 3 times thinking they were maybe having an off day but I definitely will not be going back.

Super small portions for the amount you end up paying AFTER the ridiculous surcharge. General Tso Chicken with fried rice (literally 1 cup of rice) menu states $8.XX they charged $9 more to add a few strips of beef. Charged an extra $5 for unseasoned shrimp that was left on the plate bc of the taste. When we chose the type of rice we were not told how much more it would be. The young girl that was working our table obviously didn’t want to be there and it showed! This was my second time coming. Never again!

I love this place. I regularly come here with family to enjoy the absolutely amazing food and calm, relaxed atmosphere. The workers are very kind and polite.The owners are personable and like to chat too. If I could give more stars I would. The place is 110% worth the time and money! I come all the way from NC to enjoy this restaurant.

First time trying this food and it wasn’t good. The meat tasted fake. The steak and chicken was really weird tasting. Definitely not what I was expecting. Now I understand because the reviews are saying the same thing I felt. I wish I would have read more of them. I am going to have to reach out to some of my food inspector friends to get this place investigated because I really don’t think the meat is real.

I ordered hibachi steak chicken and shrimp she said it’s real Purdue chicken it is not it taste like scallops same texture everything. I spent 40 dollars and had to buy me some else to eat because the little nasty Manger wouldn’t remake or give me a refund a waste I told her I would leave a review she didn’t care. Stop eating here people they nasty it’s a great hibachi spot on bridge rd in suffolk the best food real meat. When I walked in I should have known, it was bald no customers. Bad reviews but I try to get my own opinions, I should have listened damn money don’t grow on trees I have 4 kids to feed as well.

Placed an online order a few minutes to 11am. According to google, their website, as well as the front door, they open at 11. Arrived at 1120 to a locked door. Twenty minutes later when I went in, I was told by an unpleasant hostess that my food would be another 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time.
