A decent restaurant and the only one available at the Hotel. For it being the only one, I was very happy with their offerings. The service was not the best, but it worked for me. Good quality on the food. Amazing house wine quality. Came here to use 3 out of my 4 free wine certificates with my meal. Would actually come back again.

We dined there last week (on a Tuesday night) and the young girl that served us left us feeling like we did not matter and she just wanted to be away from us. We would ask her for things that wouldn’t come until we asked her again. We observed others being served with no issue. Then my check was wrong and it took her “fixing it” THREE times before it was actually correct. Food was really good but poor (or selective) service says a lot.

What an amazing place wit great people! My wife and I cancelled our reservation for Convivo at the Santa Barbara Inn due to an issue with the previous evenings dinner on Christmas Eve. We stopped in to the Hilton and asked the hostess at the Hilton if she had any tables for dinner and she was so kind and gracious and stated yes, no problem. She took us to a table and my wife asked for the Hightower booth and she graciously accommodated the request. She was so nice and graceful..thanks so much. We had a wonderful server who brought us some great cocktails. We ordered the specials on the Christmas menu and I had the pumpkin ravioli and my wife had the organic chicken dish. Both were awesome. I commend and thank the staff and management for a job well done and we had a great time. Highly recommended.
