Visited this burger restaurant while on a layover at Dulles Airport. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. Decent prices for Airport food and the food was freshly prepared to order. Sandwich was a huge portion and the fries were served in a cup. Unfortunately, my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I could only finish half of my delicious meal!

Been here at least three times. Quality ingredients and almost sit down restaurant quality. There’s some tables but it is a “fast food” style seating. I usually get the California burger. The quality has been quite consistent. Do not expect them to be as fast as standard fast food places. The food seems to come out in batches. Faster than a sit down but slower than standard fast food. I travel often and fly through Dulles so I’ll usually go here or smash burger depending on where I end up. I’ve tried other places but paid almost double for subpar fries and sandwich. The manager was very friendly and was actively cleaning the tables and other equipment.

My recent visit to this burger restaurant was deeply disappointing. I ordered cheeseburger. The meat in my burger was not fresh; it had strange off-putting flavor. On top of that, the burger was incredibly dry, making it a real challenge to swallow. It felt like I was eating cardboard instead of a juicy burger. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a satisfying meal.

Be Right Burger greeted me right as I walked into gate C of IAD. I was incredibly pleased with the food and service my family received while we were eating there. The staff made sure the tables and floors were clean before we ate, and ensured that we were receiving the utmost hospitality. While the cashier originally forgot to put in some of the items we had ordered, this mistake was quickly corrected, and we received a free chocolate chip cookie to make up for it. The chicken sandwich I ate was incredible, and I would definitely recommend ordering it! In my opinion, the items were appropriately priced, as one can expect these sorts of prices in an airport. The burgers my family ate were great as well, along with the fries and chicken strips. While we were eating, an employee checked in on us to ask if the food was alright. We let him know that it was great. He was incredibly kind and involved throughout our whole encounter, and I’m very grateful for that. If I ever were to come to this airport gate again, I’d definitely eat here. Be Right Burger is a not-so hidden gem in IAD. Show them some love and patronage! 🙂

Great burger! I ordered ‘The California’. Veggie toppings were crisp & fresh. Avocado & sauce- very good. Fries – thin & crispy and hot. Service was very friendly and professional. Perfect stop for my early gate arrival.

Service people were rude. The woman working the counter on 7/30 at 9:30pm with braids asked us to leave the dining area after our food took forever and before the place was closed, so our food was already out as we were eating and she told us to pack it up and leave. We weren’t even at the tables we were on the side bar seating area. Chicken tenders were cold after waiting 20 mins for breaded sponge chicken. My friends burger didn’t even come with the fixings that were listed on the menu for the burger. Terrible service.

Food was great, much better than I expected. On top of that every employee who served me was beyond nice. I was stuck in this airport for 24 hours and they had been dealing with a bunch of angry people, but still treated me with patience and respect. Highlight of my terrible time in the Dulles airport.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food my 7 yeard old and I got here. Pricing was reasonable for an airport ($9.29 for a huge cheeseburger, $3.59 for a cup of fries, and $5.98 for 3 very large chicken strips). I haven’t seen a hamburger patty this thick in any restaurant in years (even bars).
