As always, you never disappoint me when I come in!! I travel up from charlotte, NC just for your food! I’m never unhappy with my service, or the food when I come in!! I’ve been a proud supporter of your business since you opened, and have remained so even after moving out of town. I just wish I still lived here in town so I could gorge out on your amazing food more then once a month!!

Good customer service but the quality of food is definitely not worth the price… We ordered a hot submarine sandwich and a pizza. A little more love, seasoning, and personal touches to the ingredients would increase their credibility and profits

Wish I could leave a zero star review but I can’t. The food was alright but the waitress ruined our whole experience. We were the ONLy table in the whole place so they can’t use that as an excuse. the girl that was working was extremely rude. she only filled up our drinks once. the other time i had to ask the boy that brought our food out to get me drink. she basically threw everything on the table. then proceeded to stand at the register and talk about how we didn’t leave her a tip. i’ve been a waitress before for several years and they way she treated us doesn’t get you a tip. Not sure what her issue was but she was extremely rude and just hateful. will NEVER be eating here again. they need to hire people that actually want to work and don’t just want to sit on their phone and not take care of their tables.

Ate there last week and it was good. Tonight, awful experience. Ordered two sandwiches and it took forever to get. One if the waitresses was rude when questioned about the price on the menu. Will not be going back. I think it’s a good place to order takeout but not a dine in.

Moving to NC (Charlotte area), my son and I have yet to find a NY equivalent slice. To be driving back down from Thanksgiving in NY and randomly finding this place, it was amazing ! To be able to order a slice, you can’t find that elsewhere.

The back door is right next to the mens bathroom. Why the workers feel its necessary to smoke in the bathroom rather then step outside is beyond me. And guys, if your going to sell slices with toppings, atleast throw a lil cheese on the topping and whats worse are my mushrooms are extremely undercooked.
