Online ordering pretty easy. Delivery time good. Friend’s Big Don sub was fine but gf margherita pizza was terrible. It was very soggy, tomatoes mushy, cheese minimal, basil negligible and they did not put on mushrooms I added and paid for. I was really disappointed. I had such high hopes … but another expensive miss.

So I ordered a pizza, and they told me 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later, and they said I had the wrong donatos, and I never ordered a pizza. I asked to talk to the person taking orders because I knew she’d remember me and was told some times door dash answers their phone….I then showed them a screen shor of the text message that said they were working on my order with their address that my wife received 15 minutes before. She said I’m sorry, but we dont have an order for you, but if you want to reorder, you can. I asked to speak to the manager, and she went back to where I could see them, and he said tell him no, I’m too busy to talk to him. I stood in disbelief as we were getting text messages saying they were working on our order. I asked the managers name, and when another manager came into the store and the cashier said I don’t know his name as he doesn’t work their often and she’s not sure when the head manager came into the store maybe next Friday and didnt know a number to call to register a complaint…luckily another worker came over and said his name is rick…..this is the 2nd bad experience here so I’ll drive the extra five minutes to a different donatos from here on out and I suggest you do too!

This review is to highly commend This donatos location and the staff. I ordered from donatos via doordash, and three different times the doordash individual messed up my order got a salad got the wrong salad the second time around the door dash driver had an issue with the salad the third time around all I received was dressing. I contacted the location we ordered from and I don’t know exactly who I spoke to I wish I caught her name so I could truly show how much I appreciate her going above and beyond. I spoke with her she stated that it’s just a small salad how about if I just bring a salad out to you no problem that right there shows an extremely strong work ethic and pride in what you do regardless of what your job is and what industry you are in. So thank you very very much donatos hats off to that employee there!!!

Placed an online delivery order that was confirmed via email but never arrived. Couldn’t reach anyone in the store over the phone after calling numerous times. Had to drive there myself to find they didn’t have a record of the order. Called home office (next day) who said the order was canceled by the store 20min after it was placed for “wrong delivery area”. I live within walking distance. No one notified me that they’d canceled my order despite having a phone number on the order. This was to be family dinner between school and evening sports. Needless to say, we all went hungry until we returned home late that evening. Nothing offered by the home office other than an apology and training.

Don’t try to spend your points here. They never manage to get the order and won’t make the food you use your points on. Try Big Tony’s next door. Much more friendly, better food, and a little cheaper. This store made such a fuss over my reward points and using them I deleted the app. Never ordering Donatos again.

I would not even give one star very unprofessional staff and do not order anything through their app they will say they did not receive order. I order one hot chicken pizza though their app at around 10 pm and got confirmed order pick up at 11:28 pm i reached there at 10:30 and want to check my order he said they did not even receive my order and i showed my email confirmation and i already paid also still the old guy was not able find and was not ready to make my food. He said i have to pay again. After waiting for like 1 and half hour sitting there calling their customer service trying to cancel the order but no one pick up the call i again told the old guy to look properly for my order he denied and said i tried multiple times and can not find it but i still insist and told him to look it up again and surprisingly he was able to find my order and now he find it he did not apologize and said i will make my order now i was very upset as my order was there he did not look it up properly because of which i have to go though all of this and i said cancel my order now and i left. Not going back there.

I have done business at this location for over 20 years. Never a problem with food quality though many times my order isn’t ready on time. On any given weeknight, usually 20 minutes. This was a busy Saturday night and was told 40 minutes which became over an hour. I don’t mind an hour if that’s what I’m told up front. I usually use the pick up window which had 6 cars in line so I went inside to find 5 others waiting. What I saw in the kitchen was a full staff doing their best under a huge rush. The lady expediting the front line around 8pm worked very hard, kept a smile on her face and was very friendly. My pizza was great as usual. I wouldn’t give a positive review if I saw a bunch of lazy folks standing around wondering what to do. They busted tail…
