I think it’s a little cheesy that the first photos on there review our professionally taken. I feel like the only photos that should be on reviews are taken by the people leaving the review. With that being said, my family loves to eat here. My favorite is the Pepperoni Magnifico. It’s a little on the greasy side but it’s delicious. My wife loves to get their pizza bowls. She gets the Philly cheesesteak, it’s kind of her go-to. The cheese covered breadsticks are delicious. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and super helpful! They clean up quickly after customers and take very good care of the grounds. While delivery is always an excellent option, I would recommend dining in.

Amazing no matter which location. The app sucks-the new app and the new company that designed it needs to do much more work! The staff are always friend, hard working, and sincere. Great calzones, amazing pizzas, and really good salads! Our favorite place for Italian!!

Decided to try the Medium Garden Specialty Pizza this evening. I’m so glad I did!! When I was handed the box I thought, WOW, this is heavy!! The toppings are plentiful, they definitely DON’T skimp like other places I’ve been to! The toppings were also fresh and delicious!! Also, ❤️❤️❤️ the Chesses, especially the Feta!!

Tonight I ordered my usual (new love); steak pizza bowl! This bowl is their low carb option with no crust. I ordered this one and customized it with adding chicken and banana peppers and removing the onions, green peppers, and mushrooms that normally come with it. This is my new favorite go to because the steak bowl has a cheese sauce they use which is a nice change from pizza sauce. I love this thing! Tonight it was messed up with steak and cheese only so it wasn’t fixed up the way I like it. I had already talked to the manager about the problem which was corrected. So great customer service!

Pizza was great the old world pepperoni is so good crispy and just makes every bite worth it. The cheese was really good and the garlic parm rub on the crust made it a surprising treat. I would highly recommend stopping one of the few chains still hand throwing the dough. Compared to the other chain places this is one of the best I have ate.

I’m sorry but the commercials are the best part of this experience. The table and the booth were dirty. The order taker acted like it was a bother taking our order. And the pizza wasn’t anything to write home about, and REALLY not worth a 50 minute drive to get there. I’m sticking with Giovanni’s in danville!

Borderline customer service at Charleston, WV, Patrick Street location. Expressed concern in person and by phone twice to store: no resolution offered. Filled out online complaint with corporate (these stores are franchises), never heard back. Searched for corporate’s phone number to express concern: only voicemail to which I never received a call back. Never again!
