Placed my order over the phone as soon as the restaurant opened for a pickup 40 minutes later, and when I got there everything was ready and waiting for me. The server I did interact with was very friendly and courteous, and genuinely seemed happy to be there which had me leaving with a smile.

Worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted to sit down and eat and decompress from the day. We walked in at 8:13 to servers standing there and staring at us. We had to say hello. They couldn’t even be bothered with us. Then she said the kitchen is closed. They didn’t close until 9 and it’s a Saturday which is just insane to me. Who closes their kitchen 45min early on a Saturday?!! To walk in and just be stared at and not spoken to is the exact opposite of what I expect when I walk into an establishment. We immediately left still hungry and went to Henry’s where we were greeted with happy smiles and a warm welcome. We will never go back to The Factory.

We chose here on our way into town for our stay at the medbury. It was decent parking. A short walk. Immediately greeted and sat down by a very nice waitress. We got our drinks fairly quick and our appetizer the calamari came quickly. It was good fresh and the marinara was excellent. We ordered fried fish and I got the burger. It took forever to get our food. The table next to us came in after us and everyone was served first and quickly while we waited. Once the food finally arrived which was good, we ate paid our bill and went on our way. Overall decent experience. I think we’d give it a try again

Our favorite place to go in ballston spa for dinner!!! Very nice place. Lots of seating. Cozy vibes. The food here is delicious and the portions are big for good prices. I recommend their burgers, sandwiches and pasta. Beer is also great here too. Have gone here for special occasions and regular dinners and will continue to do so!

My daughter and I stopped here for something to eat just passing through the area; I hadn’t been there in a while so I figured we’d go. It was just as good as I remembered. The chips are my favorite and my alfredo was amazing!

Service was poor at best, we ordered two items to drink off the drink menu after waiting 10 minutes for someone to come take our order, the waitress came back after more than 5 minutes to inform us they had no flavors of white claw, this is 6 pm on a Saturday night. At this time we reminded her that we were still waiting for our other drink a black velvet and ginger ale. She left again after 5 more minutes came back and said they had no black velvet. At that point we left, drove 45 minutes to our home area and went to Ralphs Tavern in Colonie where the service was amazing and they had both items we were looking for.

No a/c on one of the muggiest evenings thus far, sweating to the point of embarrassment. Disappointed in the food Calamari some burned some under cooked wrong crust No flavour but salt Fried chicken over cooked and same salty crumbs as the calamari Mac & cheese No flavour but salt Chicken Marsala too many mushrooms and sauce had a burned mushroom flavour Couldn’t wait to leave it was so uncomfortable without a/c. Huge disappointment The ONLY thing good was the service
