Right across from Cherokee high school,It looks like a mom & pop place, which are the places I look for. My husband and I take a little family trip every other weekend when we get off the road. I really wish there were more places like this, cause it’s phenomenal! If you’re hungry, just go because you’ll definitely find something you’ll like and the prices are cheap!

Great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with or without the kids. It reminds me of the local family restaurants my grandparents would take us when we would come to visit or where we would take them when they would visit us. If your looking for a vintage atmosphere, made to order country cooking, pleasant customer service, care, and sales, family friendly i would definitely recommend this place. I also deliver door dash a lot and I can tell you i delivered a lot of orders for them so in that experience I can tell u they are popular. I also spy that they have regulars that appear to be there at least once a week. The quality and quantity of meals are 5 stars.

Southside Restaurant is such a great “Small Town” Rogersville, TN Welcoming! If anyone is ever passing through or in the area, looking for good quality/quantity/& of course, a cheaper meal… with or without your group of people to enjoy it with ya?! Southside restaurant is the place to go! This is an ALL DAY BREAKFAST/Lunch+Dinner “family restaurant” with the BEST fresh brewed Sweet Tea + Coffee! I love it here, the food is great, the prices are FANTASTIC, and not to mention… awesome service! Come on in & enjoy it for yourself?!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ “Southside’s Western Omlet” is always my ‘Go To’ when I order there! But the menu has a solid variety of choices! Ordered a hamburger steak and onion rings. Didn’t taste like any hamburger I have ever eaten. You could wring the grease out of the onion rings. The roll and the sweet tea was the best thing they had going for them.

The sea food platter was way over cooked the stuff crab was burnt on top the shrimp and clam strips was so hard and the Fry’s were cold but the fish was good if it had not for the fish and slaw it would have been a total loss but our two meals were still 40.00 dollars not counting the tip
