Took advantage of the awesome 2 buck lattes. I didn’t get the correct sizes and one of them were the wrong flavor. I never complain about flavors because i like them all. But i get a large to get a large, not a small or medium. The one time i tell them i got a large not a medium, they tried telling me that i didn’t order a large or thy would have rung up a large. Basically gas lighting me. They fixed it but not without a fight. Customer is always wrong, right?

I went through the drive through this morning and was not happy, first of all I couldn’t hear what the girl behind the speaker was saying and had to continually ask her to repeat herself. She was not very polite when I did hear her. When I pulled up to the window to get my drink it was dripping all over me and my car. I would have handed it back to them to to wipe it down for me, but I had already pulled forward because someone was behind me. I’m sure NOTHING will be said about this review but I usually let things go and just deal with it, but this was something I felt needed to be brought to your attention.

I come here regularly before work to get an ice cap and most of the crew automatically know my order. It’s convenient for getting in and out quickly. They’re always really nice too. I like the crullers and honey dip donuts. I hope whomever repairs the tech can get their registers back running well for card users. The team and the customers deserve resources to make this Tim Horton’s live up to its potential

Generally okay! Sometimes certain staff are a little rude, or they don’t mix up our coffee, but it’s fine. I just like my coffee and donuts and occasional chips. 4 n 4’s aren’t really sweet though, they make it more of a.. 2 n 2 coffee.

Tim Hortons coffee is the best an everyday stop!!! They make my coffee just how I like it and I love the rewards app and attaching my credit card to it, makes for an easy checkout and benefit thru the drive thru!!! I will not be back to Tim hortons, the employees on linden road are absolutely awful!!!! 1 employee slammed the drive thru door in my face when I was trying to talk to them about my coffee, then I tried to call corporate & was told I have “a attitude” Tim hortons has lost not only my business forever.

I always order cafe mocha no matter what the coffee place is. The cafe mocha here on linden road is ok. It doesn’t come with whip cream. You have to ask for it n I think it’s .50. But, the staff is really nice here. Overall, not bad. The Tim bits are really good.
