Not the first time I’m disappointed by the Golden Mile Hwy Vocelli Pizza. All the toppings, cheese and sauce are slid off the pizza and into the right back corner of the box. It was supposed to be a medium buffalo chicken pizza. Before I knew it’s condition, I had set it on my slate and wood coffee table. It leaked all over my table. I’m furious. It’s friggin pizza, not brain surgery!

This is my second try at this location. I figured everyone is entitled to a bad day so I gave them another chance.. I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni, half chicken with three veggie toppings on the whole pizza …they did not even ATTEMPT at trying to get this correct. The ONLY thing they got right was the cauliflower crust which was mostly burnt ..for $35 dollars…I’m just going to have to call it and never go here again. I have learned my lesson to always check the pizza before paying…

Food is great. I enjoy their chewy traditional crust, just right pizza sauce. But ordering was not easy. During store hour, no answer at first call. Call again half hour later, was put to hold for 8 minutes before talking to someone. Anyhow, I used a special deal: $23 for 2 large 1 topping. I will still go there.

Once again I gave this place a chance through Grub Hub. It is 13 minutes away, but too far for their in-store drivers. Grub Hub delivers and it’s ice cold. I’m actually heating it again now. No extra cheese and 8 mushrooms, literally, I counted them. Never again.

Found out from an employee that there was cockroaches in the cheese and there is a sewage problem that the management is aware of and aren’t doing anything about either the managers and employees were playing a video game on the front screen that usually displays the menu and the manager was vulgar with me when I told them they shouldn’t be doing those behaviors also they overwork their employees and don’t pay them enough to care is what I have been told by 4 of their staff

Holy cow what a circus this store is to be Google appropriate. I called to place an order. I live 7 minutes from the store. The lady who answers states they deliver to me. I asked her twice. She said yes they deliver to me. They call me back 5 minutes later and left a voice message and tell me that they do not deliver to me and that I can I either come pick it up or or get store credit. They had already charged my card. Since they left me a voice message I did not receive the phone call initially. I called back MULTIPLE times to either get my food or my money back. They kept ignoring my calls. When I finally did get the assistant manager on the phone he stated that my calls were “harassment.” Hopefully I get my money back. I do not recommend this store.
