After a simple ice coffee ordered waited 5 min until I asked and only then did the server ask what did you order and made an ice coffee w 1 1/2 cream look and taste like it had 3. Doubtful if I’ll return. Training is needed. Wondered why I was the only tip put in the cup after ordering.

Service was sufficient. I went for munchkins. They only had the boring options, ie no chocolate, only a few jelly. The drinks were yummy. But I needed munchkins for a party and they weren’t fully stocked. I wonder whether the guy after me got bc he wanted mainly chocolate.

A very nice friend here at work bought a box of Joe which was very generous. When I opened it while it was sitting in the back room it waterfalled out and burned my hand and spilled all over my new white shoes. The spout was bend downwards and it was way overfilled. To those of us who have not been burned before, maybe A WARNING SIGN TO TILT UPWARDS WHEN OPENING WOULD BE NICE. This was very painful and I tried to call and speak to someone but phone rang and rang. Don’t get burned!

I come here every morning before work and the staff is always so nice and so fast. Not to mention the coffee and donuts are always fresh as well. But just like with any business, people can have bad days so we can’t be so quick to judge from just one day but rather keep coming and see how things are. My experience has been great and I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Service was horrible and so was the coffee. I had to pour it out. Wanted a pumpkin doughnut or muffin. Like the soup police no pumpkin. Ok I’ll take anything. The server was angry she had to wait on me. Never going back there.

Went to Jamesport, LI Dunkin Donuts this morning to get a box of coffee and donuts for the Staff. There was a very nice guy who helped me (should have asked for his name). I asked for cups, sugar and cream; no problem. Asked for napkins; no problem. Changed order and asked for donuts and bagels; no problem. Asked for the bagels to be cut in half with butter on the side; no problem. Fantastic customer service with a smile and a have a good day!!!

Not driver friendly. They don’t allow customers to use the bathroom. Twice now for me (as of today 9-13-22). I always stop in when I’m in the area, but no more.
