Amazing carhop & FAST service on a Saturday during lunch. Order was perfect & food taste great! First time I’ve seen three people carhopping in a long time. It makes such a difference in the atmosphere. Carhops actually have time to WALK, not run, to the cars. And, they actually had time to have a small conversation w customers. And everyone was smiling! My only complaint is that this morning I placed an order on the app while I was literally sitting in the parking lot of the Sonic down the street from my job and it sent my order to another Sonic all the way across town. I was late to work after having to go over there and pick it up.

Worst experience ever, half of there menu was unavailable and they took my order incorrectly so I didn’t get one of my meals and none of the drinks I ordered were correct. Fry containers weren’t even half way full and the customer service was terrible they didn’t offer me any regards or anything for messing up my order when there was only 2 people besides me there. WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN

Just got Happy Hour drinks at the Litchfield, KY Sonic. Drove back to get my husband at the Doctor’s office to head home and his drink was awful. As you can see in the photo this does not look like a coke. This had to have been noticed. Customer service like this is what looses customers.
