Rice is too soft, no flavor, hardly any vegetables. Chicken has way too much MSG added to it. This chain needs work, never had an issue with any other place of number 1 chinas except this one. There is absolutely no authenticity put into this cuisine. Just don’t.

Picked up order. Shrimp toast was burnt black. I asked him to prepare another order. He took the bag and threw it when they were fonished across the counter. How rude and disrespectful!! I am new to West Chester but if this is any indication of customer service. Will never spend my money in this establishment again and will make it my business to make sure anyone rlse I know doesn’t either!! The worst!!

absolutely the worst delivery service i’ve ever received in my life. grubhub uses no. 1’s store for their driver and after waiting well over an hour for our delivery, the man calls us saying the entrance is closed (even though the closed entrance explains where the only entrance/exit is and we had wrote it in the instructions) and trying to explain that he is SCREAMING at us our address and quite literally verbally harassing us saying the address isnt the same as the other entrance (which we have no control over only the fire dept can open that entrance and i gave our building address) yelling so loudly I could barely understand. There was an obvious language barrier which I get I work with Spanish speakers but there is no reason to be screamed at with the top of your lungs when we’re trying to explain what we already wrote in the instructions. He then starts facetiming us after I called the restaurant to complain and was hung up on and had to call back and explain that we don’t even feel safe answering the door anymore and he can just leave our food at the door because we’ve had someone waiting down there for 20 minutes when it said it would be delivered and never was. By the time we got our food we all had to reheat everything. They offered no compensation or alternative solution saying they’d leave a note but this is just the most outrageous delivery i’ve ever experienced and do not recommend ever ordering from this restaurant in any regard but especially not delivery unless you enjoy being screamed at.

Delivery of our meal was super quick. All of the food was excellent and hot. They have a really good deal on combo platters. You get a main dish, fried rice and an egg roll for $8-9. The pork fried rice is the best I have had in this area.

I ordered takeout. I got the vegetable ho fun and wonton soup. Both were ok, not too much flavor. The noodles in the ho fun were so soft and doughy they ended up all sticking together like a noodle loaf. I’m sure they have other better meals but it was not for me.
