This is the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to. It’s also the only one in Winchester I visit. I’ve been to Starbucks all around the world and all across this country. They manager here does a great job of hiring and retaining good personable people. Yes, I’m a regular, and coming in so often you’re treated special. Great folks, and love the store!

Three times I have tried this Starbucks, and three times all my drinks have been extra watery. Boring. Flavorless. I won’t be returning to this one or the one inside target next door. I’ll use the one on 7 near Martins…way better.

Customer service pretty hit and miss here. They can never hear my order so I always have to repeat myself three times, by the end of it I feel like I’m shouting my order at them. And it seems to me they don’t even pay attention when I repeat my order. For instance I’ll ask for lemonade in my drink three times and their subsequent question will be “do you want that with lemonade?” And to make matters worse they’ve given me the wrong order more than a handful of times. I’d go elsewhere if there were other options, buyer beware.
