The food at Taqueria is always consistently great. The line may be long at peak times but it moves quickly so I just prepare myself for the wait. While in line, we went to the bar and got a pitcher of margaritas for the wait. The pitcher of Margaritas was just not what I remember. Likely due to the volume in the pitcher as opposed to a single glass, but it tasted only of the sour mix. I was disappointed. The veggie bean tacos and enchilada were excellent as always though.

this place is really good. during 2 weeks staying in Atlanta we went there 3-4 times. everything’s tasty. i liked fish and veggie burritos. i strongly recommend this place. Forget about the burritos you ate before.

TDS is and always will be one of my favorite food stops. Tacos are always great, blue plate specials are equally great… And the shrimp corn chowder is the best I’ve had.

Stopped in with my friends for a late lunch. Y’all really hyped me up with the reviews. The line moved quick, inside is kind of tight but we had an overall decent experience. We shared a salsa trio, the salsa was good. I had the shrimp rolls and Mexican rice and both were okay. The rice was a bit over cooked. We also had a Margarita, it tasted good but my friend and I both had headaches a few minutes after drinking it.

Regardless of the location, the food, service, and atmosphere are always off the charts. If you have not visited one of the metro Atlanta locations, you should try it. I am sure it will make your list of places you must visit. Their margaritas, enchiladas, cheese dip, and chips are absolutely the best! They are doing well and can easily branch put with a slight “twist.” Magnífico!

First time eating here today and I absolutely enjoyed it ! I tried the brisket tacos and the meat was tender and seasoned to perfection. Our margaritas were on point too. Scott was definitely the hostess with the mostest. Thank you for an enjoyable experience. My girls and I will certainly be back.

A solid little taco bar with a nice outdoor patio and plenty of indoor seating. Definitely popular for lunch and dinner. Food is good if unremarkable. I think most people will enjoy, and appreciate the casual environment where you order and then find your table. The menu has a good selections of tacos plus a few other favorites.

1.8 | whew, this place’s only redemption was their queso. I’m not sure what’s the hype around this place, but it was definitely somewhere that seemed popping due to the line always being so pronounced. I ordered a taco and enchilada. the taco was wet, which was an odd experience because I didn’t expect the brisket to be boiled? it lacked flavor, but once I added the salsas, it was a little more tolerable. unfortunately, I took two bites of the enchilada with the mexican rice and didn’t finish it. the enchilada tasted like it was based in some sort of Southern gravy, which my friend pointed out was probably quite accurate as they had a cookbook about Mexican and Southern cuisine. that concept feels quite on brand for not only that dish, but the population this restaurant attracts. I can easily say I hated the enchilada dish. the rice tasted as if it was softened, then got a bit crispy and dry sitting in a rice cooker. I’m not sure if this was an off day, but given this has also been the experience of a friend, I doubt it. thankfully, their prices are cheap, so it was only a $10 regret.
