Had a not so great experience last night with a delivery. Couldn’t get through last night to discuss it but I called today and the manager was so nice. She gave us store credit to cover last night and then a little extra for the inconvenience. Apologized and quickly handled the matter. It is always such a breath of fresh air when a manager doesn’t take a complaint personally. We actually order from them all the time and usually don’t have any problems. The way the manager handled this though guaranteed our continued business.

Order food from here a few weeks ago. Food came cold and burnt. Called the store and the manager said he would put a credit on my account. Order last week, food showed up super burnt again. I brushed it off. Then today I ordered food again. Agyer 1 hour I called to ask about my order since the tracking said it was still be prepared. The lady who answered wad a total snot. Said it was not even cooked yet. I asked her about how much longer and she kept answering me in a snotty attitude. She never gave me a time, and after a few minutes of talking to her, I just told her to cancel my order. Not sure what’s going on, but the customer service and quality of the food has gone down hill drastically.

This place is horrible. We did not even get our food. No delivery or curbside delivery. My wife went across town to pick up our order. There were no parking spots, and she had to park a block down in the dark. When she went to pick up our order, part of it was on a shelf the whole time she waited and the rest wasn’t done because it had been forgotten. Then, she was told they couldn’t break a $100 bill, even though she could clearly see they had plenty of change to do so. This was a horrible experience and we will not eat here in the future.

I ordered Domino’s recently and since I live on the 3rd floor of my building, I figured I’d come down and meet the driver so they don’t have to walk all the way up to my apartment. I usually do this actually. So I try to meet the delivery driver and ask if that’s my order and he says no it’s for so and so and proceeds to rush past me. Doesn’t check the receipt, nothing. Just completely dismisses me. So I waited for him to walk all the way up to my apartment, see that nobody is there, then come down and admit that it was my order. I don’t think I even received an apology. That was very rude. My food was cold on top of that as it took an hour to get to me. Wouldn’t be the first time.

Domino’s has always been my favorite place to go. Lately they have had an issue with their card readers,they DONT WORK…SO THE EMPLOYEES HAVE TO TYPE MY NUMBER IN….I DONT WANT SOMEONE TYPING MY NUMBER IN , THEN THE EMPLOYEE DIDNT OFFER A RECIEPT,I HAD TO ASK FOR ONE AND I DO THAT BECAUSE IF I DONT WRITE A TIP IM THERE 2TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE DECIDED TO FILL IT IN FOR THEMSELF..SO IT MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE NOT GETTING A RECIEPT..THEN TONIGHT AFTER I ASKED FOR ONE THE KID BEHIND THE REGISTER SIGNED MY RECIEPT ..WTH…PLEASE DOMINOS FIX YOUR CAARD READERS AND TRAIN UR EMPLOYEES BETTER I DONT WANT TO GO TO PAPA JOHNS..BUT THE PROCESS OF BUYING FOOD WITH A CARD IS RIDICULOUS…

Ordered at 440 never received my pizza yet says it was delivered when I called to figure out what happened they couldn’t explain what happened and was unable to “talk to the driver … they then offer to send a remake out after waiting an hour … at 6:30(2hours after original) I received the remake and it’s burnt I called and demanded a refund and told them you can take this pizza my kids are not gonna eat it burnt they then proceeded to tell me that they cannot issue a refund but a credit for next time like wow!!!
