I walk my dog over here often and can’t help but be drawn in by the smells.. Great range of options that are all a bit classier/gourmet than what you’d expect from food truck fare. Pizzas are good, pastas are great, and also have a pesto chicken wrap that hits the spot when I don’t feel like cooking something. Good people. Check ‘em out

Can’t beat the crust!!! Edgar’s pizza is the best in the area. It’s light, not greasy at all, and the crust is perfect. Good topping options too. I don’t eat meat, and he’s got me covered. My fave is the Margarita with mushrooms.

Thank you, Edgar, for your great catering job. I have long been a fan of your pizza. So I decided to have you cater my party for 20 guests. You did NOT disappoint.. The food was better than I expected. From the great pizza to the chicken wraps, quesadillas, burritos, guacamole and ceviche, every dish was a pleasant and unique surprise. Everyone was asking for your contact information. I obliged. So get ready ! I told then to book early because you will be busier than ever with the holidays upon us!
