Whoever was working the drive through gave us something we didn’t order and when we asked for a refund she said they were out of what we ordered and that she can’t give us a refund. How do you give someone something they didn’t order and then refuse to give a refund? Horrible customer service. I should have called the cops. 4/2 1:00am.

Gave this spot a chance once again this evening, and once again it let me down. Order a specialty item with no tomatoes or lettuce, and it comes with both. They left out the most expensive item from the bag and the nachos in the bag were spilled all throughout the bag. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson and will not be back again.

Whoever was working December 18, 2022 at 1pm in the drive thru is rude for no reason. She claimed to be out of everything I ordered. Out of freezes, claimed they don’t carry coffe when it clearly states on the menu they serve coffee. I ordered a regular drink and she never came to the window. Another employee told me she never even put it back on the screen. Horrible service and is because of people like her that will ruin a place.
