We had a wonderful Sunday lunch in this friendly Hungarian-Italian restaurant. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We had calamari appetizer, goulash soup, weiner schnitzel and stuffed cabbage. It was all fresh and tasted great. Our dessert was amazing and even the espresso was good! Throughout we were treated warmly. We will be back for more!

Absolutely amazing dinner at Posto 896! The owner/chef treated us to wine tasting, complimentary appetizers and desserts. The food really is fantastic- both the Italian and Hungarian. I rarely give reviews, but I felt like I was at home and will certainly go back soon. The prices were also very reasonable. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I grew up in Slovakia and I was looking for some food that reminded me of home. This place is amazing, the staff is super friendly and amazing at their jobs. They are very welcoming and it makes you feel like you’re at home with friends. The tarragon soup and sour cherry soup were delicious appetizers. The chicken paprikash reminded me of what my mom used to make and the roasted pork cubes with potatoes are to die for. I can’t wait to come back here again and bring more family and friends. I’m so grateful places like this exist around here. The hour drive was so worth it!!!

They provide a true representation of Hungarian food and it is Fabolous. We’ve been twice and both times had the Beef Goulash soup, Chicken Paprika and Stuffed Cabbage rolls and loved all of it. We ordered wine and they brought out 4 different kinds to pair and taste prior to our meal making the service fine dining at its best! We loved it so much we ordered food to go for later in the week. We will certainly go back many times in our future, I’m Hungarian and it brought me back to my childhood as Grandma and mom made this for us growing up.
