I ordered delivery and the driver didn’t even call to let me know they were here. Instead the house shook when they dropped the pepsi on the porch and scared myself and children half to death. Then instead of giving me the pizza they left it on the porch, got back in their car, and drove off. I was going to give more of a tip to the driver guess I got to save that money. When I tried to call the store whoever answered just put me on hold and didn’t even say hello or one moment. With this type of service I will not be ordering from Papa Johns

Honestly gave 2 stars because the two workers at the front desk spoke and seem to have proper customer service skills. Last time I order from here through door dash the pizza was pipping hot when I got it but they forgot to add some toppings so I decided to order from here again due to the pizza being pipping hot. The second time which was today was not at all good and I ordered for pickup no toppings only thing I saw was banana peppers ordered, create your own 16′ xl with banana peppers, steak, pepperoni, extra sauce, green olives, onions. Literally was very super duper cold. I’m a truck driver so I couldn’t go back. Usually when I order pizza and go pick up I look under the box before leaving to make sure they didn’t burn it or sumn like that when I’m at home and otr but today it slipped my mind. But they need to fire whoever was in charge of putting the toppings on pizzas the hour I ordered they are bad for business as if they are intentionally withholding toppings for preservation or to take them home to use their self or trying to tell us paying customers that we ordered to many toppings and that maybe we should be on diet or vegetarian or sum sort. Don’t carh if they were black or white which ever FIRE THEY AZZ. This is not what I known papa johns to be SHOULD’VE TRIED DOMINOS.

Day after the snow hit ,I reluctantly ordered a delivery pizza , I was stuck at work. The delivery lady got here super quick and the pizza was hot and fresh. Also, the lady who delivered the pizza was super friendly and I told her she was my hero today which she was along with everybody working at the Charlotte Pike Papa John’s today! Hey!! Get aload of the Papa Johns Xtra Large, with Xtra Cheese and Pepperoni!! Its sooooooo Cheeeeesy that it is stretching with every bite!! (Total Sarcasm) I dont know whats going on with Papa Johns lately but the last few times I I’ve eaten from them, it’s literally cardboard with no cheese and may a pepperoni or two. Maybe Papa Johns sold its brand to a gas station or something because its not good pizza any more ♂️

Horrible service at the actual location… you get the call line when you call to make an order. When I called and got the location after an hour I was told it would soon be leaving the location for delivery 5 minutes away to my home. I asked for the delivery charge to be removed and the lady was rude and hung up on me. The driver showed up to the wrong address and then called me for the right one. Got cold pizza and then driver said they didn’t have change so tip would have been huge.. how convenient when they said the driver would have$20 in change. Avoid this Papa John’s… it’s a poor example of the brand. Not worth it.

Worst fast food pizza we have ever had. The manager has 0 customer service skills. Our pizza was not delivered the first time and then we reordered. The delivery driver did not knock and we have four dogs so we would of heard it. Our pizza was so cold by the time we had it wasn’t worth eating. Nichole is terrible at her job and now we nor most of the people in our complex will be ordering from this location because they were told of our terrible service here.
