We decided on Potbelly’s for lunch for our “What Do You Do Here” Survey lunch and learn presentation, first of all everyone was very pleased with the sandwiches, they were a BIG hit, sandwiches were eaten before meeting even got started LOL!! I personally was not excited to have to drive to the Throckmorton location as I have never ordered from there before (due to parking). When I arrived about 15 minutes early I parked right away, walked in & was greeted, I was asked if I was picking up which I was, right away I was handed a bag with plates, napkins, etc.. I mentioned I was early to they guy who helped me out, but they had my order already ready to go, he took the four boxes to my car, very helpful. I will definitely start ordering from this location going forward.

☆They are very quick and the food is good! The service is just okay though. The workers tend to get a bit chatty among themselves and ignore the customers. I also think the bag should be moved to the side and not right in front of the customers. If they have to bag the food themselves after the check out. When the line is long it makes things a bit crazy..☆

This location is excellent. My reason for only three stars is their nigh useless website. It’s incredibly buggy and won’t work at all on commonly used web browsers. On others, it will allow you to get to the point of placing your order, only for the site to lock-up at the “submitting your order” stage. As long as you’re going in person, you should be fine. If you want to order online, good luck!
