I placed a mobile order for 3 McFlurry’s. Wouldn’t you know it? They said they couldn’t use the machine. I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds there & I had to use the mobile app to get a refund. Guess what? The mobile app says I have to contact the institution where I placed the order. I return to them &, after needing to yell at someone to come to the counter to help me, I request a refund again but they still claim they cannot do it & it needs to be done through the mobile app. I asked to speak to the GM & she was gone so I asked for her contact information. So now I will need to wait to contact her. This is completely unacceptable. Regardless if it is a mobile order or in store order, the workers should be able to process a refund or at least have a manager available that can. Especially when the order wasn’t filled through no fault of the customer.

Just ordered online for curbside pick up and sent a friend of mine to pick it up because I’ve got my 2 kids here at home with me. Apparently because my phone wasn’t on the property, they won’t give him my food.. The app says that it’s already been picked up and the receipt has no order number or anything.. I try to go to Contact us on the app and all it says is the app has a bug and exits me out.. Now I guess I’ve got to go argue with these ppl to get the food that I’ve already paid for. I don’t understand, my friend had screen shots of the order number and everything.. I know they don’t do this to everyone that orders in and has someone else pick it up, it’s just crazy.

Tried to make me pay for my order TWICE because their system messed up and didn’t show the order that I literally just paid for and have proof of paying for.
