The toasted yolk was a pleasant / friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and cooked fresh off the grill. The waiters were nice and helpful. This experience was awesome and the menu was plentiful with a variety of options.

The menu has great selections for a hearty breakfast. The classic Eggs Benedict was delicious. The scramble with brisket was also excellent. The outside seating is perfect if you want to enjoy breakfast with your pup by your side. The delicious coffee included refills and a cup for the road. The fantastic service was super friendly and prompt.

Excellent food. I was in town for 8 days and ate there 3 times. Excellent food. I wish I could have had time to try the breakfast dishes, but the sandwiches were so good!

Food was great, grit need a little more seasoning but the shrimp was amazing on top. The chicken tortilla soup was awesome. Our server was great and on her job 3000%. The manager came by and checked on us with a great personality. I loved it

In town for an Aggie event as well as our daughter’s birthday. First time eating at The Toasted Yolk, but not the last. Had excellent service and all the food was outstanding. Enjoyed it and recommended to all!

First and foremost, The Toasted was decent. It’s not quite as good as the second option (snooze) across the street, but if snooze is too busy it’s a great second option. Prices are a bit high and the atmosphere was nice. My only issue was the owner. The owner kept going on and on about how great the food was but it seemed pretty average. He kept coming over and talking to me and my date but there’s a point where it becomes too often and actually ruined our date. Plus, we saw him digging in his nose at one point which was absolutely disgusting. This is why I’m giving 2*s. An owner should not be doing that, at least not in front of his customers.

Excellent food and service. They were very busy when we arrived but we only waited ~5 minutes for a table. We ordered the donuts and junkyard fries for apps, both were great but the fries were the runaway winner. We cleared that plate so fast. All the food was good and came relatively quickly especially considering how busy they are. Drinks were never low and we were checked on regularly by wait staff and a manager stopped by to make sure we were happy.

West Coast Arnold sans English Muffin. Interesting take on the Turkey BLT Cajun Style. Flavors meld well- just feel like my taste buds prefer more of the classic flavor. Light, not heavy. Quality ingredients. Good service. Attentive waitress. Quick turn around. Nice place for a sit down meal. Menu items have been spruced up to make them authentically “Toasted Yolk” style. Clean. Refreshing decor. Recommend to friends/family. Will go back!
