The food is always extremely dried out and never fresh. Wait times for food are extremely long, busy or not. A lot of times there’s nobody at the drive-through to take your order. The staff is always friendly though. Breakfast is usually much better than lunch/dinner.

Just went through drive-thru… food was good. Had been years since we had Hardee’s. Curly fries were gone but Frisco and Monster burgers still there and the peach pie was really good. Awesome for fast food.

The service was good, the food was decent, but man the place looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was built. Every surface had grease particles on it. And it smelled like a big grease vat. This was by far one of the dirtiest Hardee’s I’d ever been in. Even though the food was okay and the servers were nice, I wouldn’t go back.

Went there for Breakfast, used a coupon for a Breakfast plate & added extra bacon for $1.00, brought a Cinnamon Roll. I Asked for Butter & Jelly, cashier looked at Me, then came back “can’t find any Butter. Sorry here’s 2 jelly!!” For 1 thing she didn’t look for any butter except in the front, Eggs were Luke warm, Bacon was Awful ~ Tough couldn’t even Chew it!! Biscuit was okay .. now the Sausage gravy was the Best of Everything. Cinnamon roll didn’t care for .. over all 3*. Smiles are Needed!!

I waited for 40 minutes for a mobile order and they kept going putting other orders together and when you say something about how long it takes they got an attitude and start giggling and when I talked to the manager defend the horrible service and how unprofessional the employees was and if I could id rate it lower then 1 star I would

I went inside and placed a “to go” order. I get the bag of food, and go outside to the vehicle. All of the food (6 Frisco breakfast sandwiches and 2 sausage biscuits) was COLD! Oh well, co-workers paid for it this time.

I always order in advance but every time I go to pick up my order, they haven’t started it until I tell them I’m there to pick it up and then they check to see if they have any online orders even though I check in to start making my order. This last time I go inside and they’re saying I must’ve messed up my order and put the wrong location. I had to show them my order and prove that I ordered for there before they started making my order. Food is alright but there’s no point in ordering ahead because you still have to wait for them to find your order once you tell them you’re there to pick it up, if they belive you that you ordered for that location at all.
