Overall the food was pretty tasty – I got a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, and some other toppings and it was great! Would recommend not just for the food but the staff and location as well.

Let me start by saying that staff here are plain rude. This was my first and last time dining here. I didn’t even begin my order yet, and the guy behind the counter talked rudely, and I asked him one question (my first time here) about their meat, and he says can’t you read. Anything I said, he rolled his eyes, even asking what to put in my bowl, and I wondered which is hotter salsa and the response was “just choose one.” Their food wasn’t as good as chipotle. I would definitely avoid this place because of their rude employees. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because their food wasn’t as bad as their attitude.

Upon entering the restaurant which is semi busy and I am welcomed by a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. We took about time as we had a very selective pallet in our midst. A staff member saw our contemplation and offered suggestions that were perfect. The artists handeling our food had hair tied back gloves on and a smile as we were taken back by the vast fresh selections.

Can’t hear the staff when you order. Was charged for an extra steak bowl although the manager was quick to fix the problem the employees couldn’t explain as to why it was so much with out looking first had to find it on our own. The steak was dry and it’s over priced.

Dealt with one of the rudest people at the cash register at this location… Qdoba has gone up in price and so far down on quality ever since covid. Every location in Omaha has gone down hill.

This qdoba has went down hill, substantially. I’ve been eating here since it opened and the tall, chubby, red head manager seems to think offering to pay for extra salsa is a “menu hack”. I’m 40 years old, not a college kid. No wonder this location is always dead and they removed the freestyle machine. I don’t see it lasting much longer.
