Terrible Service! No one answers the phone and Beth at the register is rude. I called several times before going up there and when I got there to place my order, Beth was rude and condescending. She cut me off several times while I placed my order saying, “nope, can’t do that.” Instead of properly advising how the wings should be ordered in certain amounts, she continued to act bothered by me.

I ordered wings and a chicken sandwich from this nlr location. Once I made it home (In Little Rock) I noticed my sandwich wasn’t in the bag. I called and spoke with a “cashier” and let him know my sandwich was missing. After a long wait (he was pulling up my order) he asks if I can come back. I told him I would not bc I stay in Little Rock and it’s raining hard… he then asks “well what you want me to do”. I asked for the manager. I heard him tell the manager I wanted to speak w him and then the “cashier” says, “ I oughta hang up”… and the phone hangs up. I called back 3 times and the “manager” answers with an attitude. I then started recording bc I couldn’t believe the customer service I was getting from THEIR MISTAKE. The manager asked me again can I come back… I told him no bc I stay in lr and it’s raining. He says well there’s nothing I can do… I had to literally break down what MOST managers do is APOLOGIZE and take my name so that when I come back on that side of town, I can get my sandwich. I asked him his name he said Dwight Swanigan and I asked his GM’s name, he said he couldn’t remember. He then says “well I was going to give you a store credit but now all you’re getting is the sandwich”. LOL Do better WING STOP… get managers that at least passed middle school and train them properly. By the way, I recorded the conversation bc these ppl can not be trusted.

Lakewood Village Dr. I would give no stars but that’s not an option. I placed an order for pick up once I arrived the door was locked and all the lights were off. The open sign was not on. I turned to call from 1115 to 1200 to get my food and no answer. When I finally got someone on the phone they said that they was there from 9am and didn’t have enough stuff for walk ins. But that still doesn’t change the fact that no one answered the door for pick up orders. I was not the only customer trying to pick up an order. The picture was taken at 1116 am they opened at 1100.

One of the worst visits ever at a Wingstop 8/23/19. Missing my side dish that cost extra but my favorite flavor Lemon Pepper was bland! The chicken was simply fried and had a glimpse of seasoning but this was one horrible visit! I never write reviews but this was a complete waste of time & money on a very busy day. So disappointed!

This is the 3rd time in the past 2 months I’ve ordered and they’ve taken the phones off the hook so people can’t call in. So instead I have to drive all the way up there to order and wait on it in person when I could have just called it in and waited 15 minutes at my house. Ridiculous and I KNOW they aren’t supposed to be doing this. Captured a picture at the counter this time for proof. The 2nd phone to the left was off the hook as well.
