The regular staff is 5 stars. The drinks were perfect. The donuts were what you expect. The only issue was the supervisor. The woman working the front register made an error when she entered my order. I wanted bacon on the sandwiches, it didn’t get entered. Honest mistake due to the complicated bits of the order. So I asked and the error was discovered.

$18 for 50 munchkins? You read that correctly, $18 for 50 munchkins. This has officially crossed the line of ridiculous. Not to mention that the quality of the munchkins were horrible. They are now largely tasteless. There is no jelly in the jelly munchkins. Service quality was poor. I asked the representative how much 50 munchkins cost. She was annoyed that I asked the question. Price is not posted on the menu because customers will never order them if they actually knew the price. She huffed and puffed as she looked it up on her cash register. Last time I ever buy anything in a Dunkin Donuts.

The morning sweet tea is very different(WAY BETTER) than the afternoon/evening. When I go in the afternoon/evening the tea is very bland, no sugar and just nasty. Can we be consistent with our drinks, and if I say this is UNSWEET tea don’t challenge me and tell me it’s not when it clearly is ‍♀️

In my experience, the coffee and the donuts (as well as the other options on the menu) are consistently good, reasonably priced, and quickly served. The staff is pleasant, patient, helpful, and friendly. The store is clean, well-lit, easily accessible, and well-designed to afford fast and accurate service. Altogether, going to Dunkin’ Donuts is an enjoyable experience.

Our local DD location is awful. We used to go daily but gave up because their decaf coffee was always old tasting and we would have to go back in to complain. THIS GLEN ALLEN LOCATION IS THE BEST. It’s a little over a half hour away from us or we would come here daily! We ALWAYS get great tasting decaf at this location, whether it is early morning, mid morning or even afternoon. They obviously take pride in their business at this location.
