Ordered food, when delivered, they sent green tea instead of iced tea. Asked for honey mustard with my chicken fingers got nothing. Asked for French fries extra crispy, they weren’t. Asked for a side of ketchup, got a side of spaghetti sauce???? Very disappointed in service.

We got the special cheese steak. It came with fried onions, mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, sauce and cheese melted on top. Unfortunately the photos were after this cheesesteak spent several hours in my car. This cheesesteak is very flavorful. I really enjoyed this cheesesteak the next day when I reheated the second half and got the cheese to melt through all the meat, peppers, pepperoni and fried onions. The roll even tasted good after being toasted the next day. Good overall experience.

Just ordered chicken finger platter, I thought it was just fries and skinny chicken fingers NO!! The chicken fingers more so chicken hands, a lot of fries, coleslaw, salad with dressing and toasted garlic bread! SO YUMMY! MY KIDS ENJOYED THAT PLATTER AS MYSELF AS WELL! I would definitely recommend eating here. 8 bucks is not bad for all of that! Nice customer service service and fast!

No, no, no. I used to order from there. I don’t know what happened. I won’t be back. The hoagie was dry even though I asked for extra mayonnaise. The meat was as if they didn’t have anymore to put on it. I live too far to have bought it back, otherwise I would have. Highly disappointed.

Despite me being a regular customer who spends on average, $40 a week with them, they delivered a pizza with the wrong topping that I specifically clarified twice. I called back and spoke to a lady who said she was remaking my pizza, but when I requested some sort of consolation, some fries, a drink, anything for making me wait now for a new order to be delivered, she seemed to think that she was doing me a favor by simply re-making my order that they messed up on. She got rude and said, “we don’t ‘have’ to give you anything extra”. I said I didn’t say they were obligated, but that most companies will usually at least offer something, a discount next time, a drink, something complimentary. She then said “well that’s other companies” with an attitude, and then hung up on me while I was asking for her name. Maybe since they don’t provide loyal, well paying customers with respect and appreciate, I should take my business elsewhere.

Usually, there isn’t a problem with this Pizzeria but today was unacceptable customer service. Two hours for a salad to be delivered. When I called for an update on my order, I was told there was a system issue and the orders are all out for delivery. Ten minutes later, another cashier calls me to confirm my order and it hasn’t left yet. Just BE HONEST! This was ridiculous considering it’s on my lunch break.

We used to love this place. But their drivers will lie to your face. There was a soda I noticed missing. He assured us 3 times that it was in the bag and we were nuts. It wasn’t. Saying something is in something when it’s not, is a lie. He could have chosen “I’m not sure”, but he didn’t. This will be our last order. And I’m fat and unhealthy, so someone else will make this money
