It’s fast food, but it was good. Had the whopper Jr meal with a milk shake. Burger was good, fries were fresh and not overly salted, staff was very friendly, and the shake machine was working. I do wish they would bring back strawberry milk shakes. Make me go to sheetz or chick a filet because they do have strawberry shakes.

It was late and I drove all the way home and found out there was no cheese on our burgers. They wouldn’t refund the next day with pic and receipt, even after they said to come with receipt on a 2nd trip. Said I shoulda driven all the way back there with the burgers the night it happened. Ridiculous, horrible customer service. I even called the district manager; no better, he offered a refund for the cheese LOL. Beware and check your food before you leave I guess.

When they say have it your way, they mean it. I ordered a sandwich that doesn’t come with any lettuce tomato or onion and so I asked for lettuce and they added it without any issues. I always use the drive thru. Love the frozen cokes!!

They do not pay any attention to the syrup for the sodas(meaning flavored seltzer water, Disgusting, so I had to drive 38 mins back just to get 4 replacement drinks. And they do not refund FYI unless you have every item on the order. I had already dropped my family off and they were thirsty and to our surprise the sodas were no good. Make sure to check your orders and beverages. And I called corporate and all they gave me was 5 whole dollars thinking that would want me to come back, nope. Terrible policy.

Customer in front of us asked for a sandwich from the menu that was posted on the value meals only to be told by the clerk she didn’t know what he was asking for. He even showed her where it was listed on the menu only to be told it wasn’t available because it wasn’t on her register screen. After several minutes of discussion the man paid about 3 times what he would have if could have gotten the item he wanted. Employee was not very friendly to the customer even though the customer remained calm. Caused a big back up in customers. Next we found out there was no ice in the soda dispenser and we had to go back to the counter for ice and the selection of sodas was limited. Multiple customers were frustrated and commented on the clerks ongoing attitude after making several visits to the store. Will have to think hard about stopping again there.

Order was completely messed up. It was rung up correctly however not made correctly. Paid for cheese on a sandwich that had none. Requested no cheese for another and it was loaded with cheese. Was in a time crunch so no time to return 20 mins to have it corrected. Burgers not hot but warm. Fries were good….crispy and hot. The man taking the order was fantastic…Got all our special requests.
