Ordered for the 1st time today. Med with thin crust & 2 toppings. The flavor was good with plenty of all toppings. However, it seems that to make a “thin” crust they just pulled all the dough out to the sides, leaving an uncooked, very soft center – it just flopped & hung down when picked up – and lots of extra dough around the edge. Then they slid the hot, medium pizza into a small box – sliding the toppings all to one side & folding one side over on itself. I thought the box looked too small for a medium and I guess I really should have looked before leaving. When my husband went to take a slice out of the box, it just slid off the crust and onto the other pieces. He wouldn’t eat it. I won’t order pizza there again.

Food good, pricing good. Had to call 2x, someone picked up phone and hung it up. When I picked up, a worker was just standing in front of the counter blocking the table with napkins, etc. Place needs a little update, so does the parking lot (drive carefully).

Solid. Value. Consistent. I like grabbing a sub or wings from once or twice a month. The food is always consistent and lots of it. I’m never disappointed. I usually order it to pick up and it’s about 25-40 minutes. Food is hot. The girls check you out quick. The taste is way above average. I attached a recent menu because they don’t have a huge online presence. Probably because they stay busy even without it. $11 for a large steak bomber.

I ordered 2 pizzas one with just pepperoni and one with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms, and asked for it to be well done. I got these pizzas delivered atb6pm on a wendsday, not exactly a busy day. I had company over (3 teenagers) and my family. Both pizzas had raw dough still. No body ate more then one slice due to it being gross. The next day I tried to call the manager and was told that he was not in. I told the people quick what happened and gave them my information. Noone ever called me back. So I called again on Friday and was told by the manager that there was nothing that he would for me because I did not call that night. I had company over and by this point is was 6:30 and it would have been 7:30 by the time I got new pizzas. That would have not helped anything. All I asked for was half my money back (25$) and I would bring him the pizza back to see. Once again he said that there was nothing he would due because I did not call that night. I feel like what I was asking was not that much, after all I paid 56$ including tip on pizza that even teens would not eat. I have bought pizza there before and it was raw then also. Thats why I wanted it well done. I will never go back here again!!!! Papa Joe’s pizza is WAY better.
