All I asked was for 4 pumps of Carmel and extra almond milk. The color of the coffee is suppose to be light brown, like a beige. That is how I always get my coffee at any other dunkin. When I asked the man to fix the coffee at the window and add more almond milk and stir the Carmel, all he did was dump the ice out and gave me a spoon to stir it myself. Incredibly poor service. I didn’t even drink the coffee. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve asked for my money back. A order so simple couldn’t be even done.

This morning I went to through the drive thru only to be told that I couldn’t pay cash for my coffee because they didn’t have change. Instead of giving me the coffee anyway, I was made to feel that this inconvenience was my own instead of what it was; the mismanagement of this location. Staff was rude and had they mentioned this bizarre situation in the first place, I wouldn’t have waited in line. Get it together you commie liberals!

I stopped here while going to a training class in Waterbury…very happy with the service and how fast they were. I say outside for a bit before I left and people seemed to just walk in and out quickly. They’re definitely on top of their game here.

All the staff are cool there except a morning manager, she’s heavyset short, African American/ Latino and she treats most customers in there myself included so rudely I will not spend money there anymore. I watched her play on her phone for several minutes and refuse to do anything while her staff were running around working like crazy to fill orders. When it was my turn to order she ignored me and I stood at the counter for ten minutes until I finally asked her if she was going to take my order and she said I quote “I don’t need to take your order it’s not mandatory, I can refuse service to anyone for any reason” to which I replied: “yes this is very true but considering the fact that you’ve neglected to take anyone’s order here I’m gonna assume you’re not serving anyone” and she proceeded to curse at me and another customer who stuck up for me and her other workers who were working tirelessly while she acted like an entitled child. Anyway it’s Dunkin and that’s what happens there lol.

I don’t know what happened. They used to have the best service and freshest coffee. Now every time I go I’m met with rude workers and messed up orders with burnt tasting coffee. And sometimes they take forever. Makes me not even want to go to this location any more. Which sucks this was my favorite location a year ago idk what happened.
