Poor customer service, I used to get custom ordered coffee daily and despite being a regular my order was wrong 90% of the time. Most of the employees need training on the meaning and standards of customer service. The donuts are usually stale, the service is extremely slow for no reason. There are a few employees that are always miserable, never smile or greet you nor say Thank you. This location could do better with some new employees that care or have some sense of pride in their work.

Love the donuts and the staff is fantastic, especially the manager! I don’t go as often as I’d like because the coffee is literally never hot. I get my coffee and its already room temperature. Very disappointing, especially early in the morning when you need that wake up. Other than that its a great location.

Not sure if it’s the Dunkin brand or this location but was unimpressed in every way possible. Service was slow, coffee was terrible, and the donuts were cold and, is “slimy” the right word? You know how sugar feels wet when it’s sat on something too long? Yeah, slimy. Anyway, someone gave us a gift certificate and it was about to expire so, no option. It’s always disappointing someone should pay for something that expires. That in itself would rule Dunkin out, but hey, that’s just me

I go to this location frequently. I often get a customized iced coffee or latte. I would say that they’re polite and helpful. I often take my toddler in-store. Twice, they have given him some munchkins as a gift. That was very thoughtful.

Please someone make them close this shop. Everytime I order from Dunkin on Ramsey there is an issue, whether they are out of products, short staffed, or the food is stale. I uber eats’d a dozen doughnuts one morning around the holidays while I got ready for work. Brought them in and they were like hockey pucks. And this morning I got a bagel that I ordered toasted but was not only not toasted but doughy in the center like it was raw.. And the cream cheese was rancid.. I gagged when I bit into it. This place is the worst. Just shut it down. Plenty of good options along Ramsey. Avoid this store. If only you could smell this picture.

When we stopped in at about 8:30pm the signs were not lit and we weren’t sure if they were open. There was not a large selection of donuts to choose from. The staff were friendly though and verified our order. I did not enjoy the DnD coffee this time. Usually it is decent. Could be because it was on the burner a while. We will need to visit earlier in the day and see how the selection is at a different time of day. The “newsy” channel on the tv kept repeating the same commercial, which became annoying.
