We’ve tried to order 3 times from this place and every single time they never answer their phone. We’ve called 5 times and no answer. We absolutely love their wings but this is ridiculous and we will not be giving them our business anymore.

They were closed for months and then opened. I called to order and out of wings. Never answer the phone and service just sucks. When rosemary owned it,it was great!!!!!!!???

The food is usually good (the wings are a little dry for my liking) but I would avoid ordering anything from them through the GrubHub service! I’ve now tried twice and have been disappointed both times. My food was delivered on time but missing multiple items and not exactly what I had ordered and when I called and spoke to someone at the restaurant the woman basically told me that they don’t read the any of the comments or extra details that the GrubHub site allows you to include…? This was her reasoning for why I didn’t receive part of my order/it wasn’t fully correct because you would have had to read that section to know it should have been included. Bottom line, don’t offer a service if you can’t actually follow through with it and deliver what people actually asked for.

Super rude customer service. Asked to place an order – pizza and wings, and pick it up two hours later. Lady on the phone said “yeah well you’re probably gonna wait. Won’t have anything done by then, backed up.” Really rude tone and almost like I was inconveniencing her. It was two hours notice. A forty dollar order. I try supporting local instead of chains but I’ll just get from the chains from now on; rosemarys pizza isn’t leagues better than a chain anyway despite them being more expensive.
