I stopped in here today to grab 3 cheeseburgers and a fry with an app order. After waiting over 10 minutes on my food i finally get my order. I assumed the ridiculous wait time was due to cooking fresh food but i was wrong. The burgers looked like they were burnt sometime last week and the frys were cold and a bunch of broken up pathetic pieces. Very disappointed.

Hardee’s has the best hot dog in the chain restaurant drive thru game. The red onions are a great topping that I wish more places did. Just a tad heartbroken that when I ordered a milkshake to go with it, I got a quick “out of milkshakes”. Maybe next time.

It’s been a long time since I’ve written a review, and I struggled with whether to do this one or not, simply because “what good would it do?”, but I wanted to put it out there. The drive-thru signs weren’t working, so I didn’t really know what to order, so I went inside. As I’m walking in, a staff member walked towards me and sprayed my feet with some type of chemical solution. Didn’t say sorry, just kept spraying away. As I walk through to the counter, I see her spray all over the tile floor, which is obviously a hazard for customers, but they didn’t care. She finished spraying and just left it there. No mop, no wiping it up, just left if wet on the floor. Not even a “Caution, Wet Floor” sign. 4 staff members were standing there behind the counter talking to each other and mentioning a woman who had just been in there, saying, “I can’t believe she didn’t notice it”, which I took to mean a customer probably had something to do with the mediocre “cleaning” job and smell to accompany it. I still don’t know why I continued with my order, but I did. The place was one of the dirtiest I’ve seen and nobody seemed to care. My view over the counter let me see the awful dirt, debris, nastiness that was surrounding the kitchen floor. The staff kept talking away about a customer like nobody else was around. Honestly, I don’t know what I was expecting, and I typically don’t frequent fast food chains, but this sealed the deal for me at the Yanceyville location at least. Unbelievably foul.

I place a drive through order with a medium coke. The girl at the drive through window have me the drink, but, she didn’t put the lid on tightly. Spills the drink all over my driver’s side door inside and out. Coke all over my clothes (I’m on my way to Pennsylvania from North Carolina) and all over my seat and center console. I ask for something to clean up the mess she made.. she gives me 5 napkins..

Got mushroom swiss burgers with bacon added. Got 2 double cheeseburgers for our dogs and it was $33 for everything. The quality of their burgers was not what we are use to. The onions and mushrooms were way too salty and they only put 1 piece of bacon on each burger. I didn’t get a reciept so I have no idea how much we paid for it but it wasn’t anything near what I’m use to from my local hardee’s. Hopefully this isn’t their normal way of preparing food, or I’d expect them to be closing down soon. Just terrible stuff, the fries weren’t fit to eat

Good food. A but questionable with the service. I questioned if my milkshake was gonna taste well. Didn’t look good based on appearance and the guy kept trying to flirt with a married man ordering food for his family’s of 3. That was a bit disturbing. And they kept trying to give me bits and pieces of my order like I was leaving without the whole thing…..SMH

I eat at Hardee’s like 2 times a week . I haven’t been to this one up until today July 20th 2003. When I walked in the door a big urine odor hit me . Then I order and every single soda was out . Literally all they had was tea and lemonade. They also didn’t have some things on menu . I like Hardee’s and I’m sorry this location is just terrible , sorry folks , avoid this one if you can .

My mom loves eating here when I pick her up from the nursing home. She gets the hand breaded chicken strips eat every one of them dipped in ranch. Staff here are very patient and kind. I recommend the chicken

Staff at drive through very reserved and non friendly. Hot ham and cheese not hot, fries were good, staff who brought food out after our wait, very respectful and nice.

Charged for the wrong order. As soon as I told the lady that it was the wrong drink she should have asked me what I ordered instead they waited until they gave me the wrong order for me to say this is not my order. Honestly I think your employees need to be paid more so that they care more. Maybe even a paid vacation might help. Or maybe even a bonus incentive for having orders correctly. Not having canceled orders or messed up orders.
