This place either changed ownership or simply stopped caring for their business. I’d give 0 stars if possible, ill start with the fact they don’t sit you down and ask for your order while you sit, instead you go in, they hand you a menu tell you to look at it then come back to the front and order your food and pay first, then you sit down she brings you the tiniest bowl with chips and 10 minutes later brings you the salsa ,btw there was only one other table with 2 guest inside the restaurant yet it took this lady for ever, then the drinks oh man this used to be the place to come for chocomilk but now is basically blended milk, they don’t add enough cocoa powder. The aguas frescas are served in plastic solo red cups which is $3.00 and no refills. Then to top it off all the price on the menu are not updated according to the waitress she starts charging you and then i realized it was way more and then the cook comes over and says this whole thing of the menu hasn’t been updated, now when the food finally comes my daughter torta de asada was horrible the meat god knows how old it was,she wasn’t able to chew it then i try it and its hard as a cardboard, so i returned it immediately, then my chilaquiles arrive and same the carne asada was horrible i only ate the rice and beans they were pretty decent but the chilaquiles were super soggy, i asked for my money back from my daughter’s torta and the cook apologized saying they changed meat vendors got my money back, but i will never come back to this establishment, the lack of service and customer service is horrible and the food does not make up for it.

Very bad place. Went for lunch. The coffee was really bad. I talked to the waiter and she did not offer to change it. We waited mor than 20 minutes and they gave the wrong order one the waiters offered to changed it but I had to leave by the way order a molcajete in green salse and this is what I got not going there anymore

Graneros was gooooooood. They have the best food casera style. Just dont get breakfast sausage since they will bring you a hot dog instead. They need to manage actualy breakfast sausages. Note new owner in January 2023. Not basing this review on new spot.

Fresh food, freshly squeezed orange juice. And the servers are always great. Parking can be a tough as it is only street parking. But it’s worth it

Tortilla soup is the best I’ve ever had. Also their milkshake (el mayor) is delicious. Great service too which is nice. Although just know that I tend to lose signal from my phone once I’m inside. Might just be me but worth mentioning.

Family owned and operated Mexican restaurant, located in a residential neighborhood of Huntington Park. There is limited seating, so you may experience a wait. No air conditioning. It may get warm inside. Delicious authentic food. Worth the wait. Service is very attentive. I rated this restaurant 5 stars. It’s not a corporate setting. Not comercial. A true example of how a small restaurant can succeed with great quality food and great service.

This place is now called Camelos Mex-Italian Food. I was there for their grand opening and had a great time tasting their food.
