If you’re looking for reliably tasty fare, Gerald and Gertie know how to turn it out. If you need a walkable spot in downtown Nicholasville, and one where you can get a decent vegetable side, this is the place (though their burgers, fries, and pies are excellent, too).

Very good home cookin kind of place! It was prepared fairly quickly and tasted really good! We had the smothered chicken and the steak special, both came with choice of side and a salad. The portions were definitely impressive and I was stuffed!
