Never had issues with my food or employees but the manager has major anger and customer service issues. He has a short complex and things being a GM can help with that. He was rude I ordered a large 3 topping for 9.99 when I asked why it was 10.99 he was arguing I ordered extra toppings double pepperoni and 1 bacon = 3 toppings . I mean at the end of the day it’s a dollar but the principal and being rude is crazy. He canceled my order and I left. There’s no reason advertisement states 9.99 for 3 toppings regardless if I do 3 of the same or 3 different 3=3. It’s not hard if you don’t like dealing with people don’t take customer facing jobs. It’s great that the customer service here doesn’t match the leadership.

This is the worst customer service and food hygiene practices. My pizza delivered a slice short and the driver had eaten a piece. I had ordered this for the workers who had not eaten all day. We waited around and called but we’re bounced around. The workers were hungry and ate. I called the store and asked for help. Jeliah (store manager ) was willing to give me the drivers name so I could email the owner of the franchise and let him know. I even gave her a chance to rectify the order and send a new one , she’s like bring old one back. And then proceeded to tell me she had to work. This is a complete breech of food safety and it’s also stealing. Please can some one contact myself and rectify this. It’s not about the money it’s the principal.

Kaden the manager has poor customer service and is unprofessional. He cancelled My order because I asked for extra garlic around my crust. I tried to give this dominos a second try but I will never give them my hard working money. He’s the same manager that was talking to his employees like they were nothing. If you customer askes for extra and willing to pay then give them what they want extra butter around the crust and you cancel my order. Manager to manager I would never treat a customer so poorly! They also don’t wash their hands after handling the tilt unsanitary at its finest. If you don’t want poor customer service don’t come here.

Absolutely nasty pizza and they messed up the chicken and it was so saucy we couldn’t eat it!.so we called them up and I explained to them the pasta had no chicken and the pizza was terrible and the guy hung up on me then I called again and they wanted us to walk there so they can see it I wanted to send a picture they didn’t care and didn’t do anything to resolve the situation and hung up again terrible customer service and food !!!! I will never eat dominos again after this experience and still took are money Don’t come to this location I will be calling HR

Poor customer service…this is the third time that I’ve tried to use corporate promotions received at area college football/sporting events at my local Dominos (this one). They deny them each time. When the $3 carry out kick back also failed, I dump Dominos!! I’ll never give y’all my money. That may be ok because clearly you don’t want/need my business.
