I should have checked these reviews before ordering a brisket sandwich. That sandwich was so dry that I had to take a drink with every bite just to get the food down. Highly recommend the Taco Corner next to Dickeys, it isn’t overpriced like Dickeys is either. Disappointing

I ordered through the app, continued to wait two hours just for my food to never be brought to me. I called them and a lady picked up who couldn’t speak English. I proceeded to ask about my order (which she confirmed was in their system. She then states they don’t have chili, I ask for my refund on the item and she says no. I then ask for a complete refund because I’ve waited two hours for nothing yet payed almost $40 for the food. She tells me no again. I call again because either I’m going to get my food or I’m going to get a refund and they proceed to not answer my call for the rest of the night?? So now I’ve lost out on my food, lost out on convenience because now I have to cook, and they refuse to give me my refund so I’ve lost out on my own hard earned money??

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering.. seems I had the same experience as many others. Ordered food to be delivered and it never came. The app says they cooked my food and were packaging it for over an hour then it never arrived. They literally shut down and went home without letting me know anything. And don’t bother calling for a refund.. they won’t answer. First and last time I order from this place. I’m unsure how these employees still have jobs.
