The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The food was so good I had a hard time finishing it. I had ordered two steak classics with provolone and extra steak. It was devine! And I look forward to using my free ice cream coupon on my next day off. i definitely suggest eating here for lunch.

Steak subs are good here, if you get what you order. So, if you want anything on it, you must ask for it when you order (like lettuce, tomato, pickles); it does not come automatically on the sub.

We came to eat here and ordered a 12” steak supreme and was told they where out of 12” bread. I suggested they just make 2 of the smaller sandwiches for the same price which made sense to me. However they said they couldn’t do that they would have to charge me for 2 of the smaller sandwiches. You would think that a place that sold sandwiches would make sure they didn’t run out of bread and if they did they would make accommodation in order to make customers happy. I can understand why they only have 3.2 stars

$14 for a 7” classic chicken sandwich meal. This did include a fry and drink, but the chicken sandwich was seriously lacking chicken. I get this sandwich in Spokane and I’ve never felt this way. Not impressed.

Staff seemed severely undertrained. It took over a half an hour to get our three sandwiches. That’s all we got…three sandwiches. Whoever was taking orders, and giving out orders, had no idea how to use the system. They somehow got all three of our sandwiches wrong. They gave us a cold cut kids meal instead of a kids cheese steak. they “lost” a 12 inch cheese steak supreme for me somewhere in the process, and then proceeded to hand out a 12 inch supreme cheese steak to someone who had ordered 15 minutes after we did before fulfilling our order. We had asked three times to not put onions on their normal steak and cheese classic for one of our sandwiches. When we went and sat down, we noticed that the receipt did not say no onions, so when we went up to ask the cooks, and they had already started the sandwich, and then needed to remake it because it was put in the system incorrectly. The cooks were visibly irritated by this. Needless to say we will never eat here again. Save you’re time and go somewhere else.

Got a 12″ chicken bacon ranch, med fries and soda. It was $19. The sandwich was great. Lots of chicken. The fries were good there were not just a lot of them. I got a fry sauce with the order but it was only half full if that. The soda, they had RC cola which is rad.

Usually this place is decent. Expensive but sometimes worth it. I’m giving 1 star today because I sat in the drive through for 31 minutes, I was only the third car in line. All I got from the cashier was a “sorry about the wait”. If I was working today I would be late getting back to work, not have time to eat my food and be in trouble because there is literally no way to get out of their drive through once you are in it. If you go, avoid the drive through, and hope nothing goes wrong because no one there cares in the slightest.
