Writing the store as a delivery driver the employees were great to me as a customer and I noticed that they were great at working with each other as well. It seems like a positive atmosphere here and people kept checking on me to make sure that I wasn’t just standing here and no one was helping me.

The employee was really kind, clearly over worked and under paid. At no fault to the staff there were two people working, they were very clearly understaffed, the food once I got to the window took almost 25 minutes with a whole line behind me. Also the ice cream machine was down and that’s so McDonald’s Wendy’s, so get it together lol. I came here once before and the place was closed 30 minutes before google and the window says they are closed because of staffing issues, this place definitely needs more staff. Caitlin was the one helping me And she was fantastic.

Filthy bathroom, filthy soda station, bad attitude employees, food wad cold and not even what I ordered. Was supposed to be a Chicken Mozzarella sandwich. Instead, I got a chicken patty and a hamburger patty that was gross. Won’t ever go back to this Wendy’s.

I have gone through this drive-through 10 times, as it’s the closest Wendy’s to our home. I’ve waited 15+ minutes 8 of those times, including 20+ minutes twice. I placed a mobile order today hoping it would go faster: instead, 16 minutes. The customer service has been awful 8 of 10 times. The food/order has been incorrect 4 of the 10. And I’ve received an apology 0 of the 10 times. Our family LOVES Wendy’s, but this location is genuinely awful. We’ve decided to start driving out of the way to get to a different Wendy’s.

Dang, they were so busy, the drive thru line was ridiculous with cars at a constant, yet the customer service was great even I who was at 1 point 10th in line heard the lady working the DT just be so kind and continuously thank each of us for our patience. (Even though it was our own damn fault, they had so many orders. When I got to the window, the other employees I saw were smiling and conversing, just a good energy all around 20 minutes until close… and I know all “us customers” made it a long night I’m sure, though you’d never tell from engaging with them. 10 ⭐️s for attitude, service, and hot fresh food!!!!

I was at the Warner / Cooper Wendy’s shortly after noon and there was a car that had parked in a way that occupied two parking places. When I finished eating and I was the last customer inside the car was still there blocking two parking places, so I surmise that it belongs to an employee. I would appreciate it the management would review employee parking guidelines.

When will Wendy’s corporate every take this location back from the garbage franchisee? Why is this location even allowed on the third party apps? There are never enough employees and they constantly mess up orders. The franchise needs to be stripped from the owner immediately.

I get my truck wash next door at the car wash almost Every weekend and this is the 1st time I popped into this Wendy’s with my three-year-old. A young man who is new here at this Wendy’s name Adrian was more than helpful and gave me above and beyond customer service. He doesn’t know it yet but he has a skill called “customer retention”. Because of his outstanding customer service list when I wash my truck with my kid.
