Another PARTIALLY cooked pizza from this location. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I accidentally ordered from this location and cringed as soon as I realized it! Thin and Crispy lol. The pizza is 3mm thick!!! How in the world do you cook it raw?! 3rd time in a row.

I called to place an order the guy on the phone barely spoke English said my order would be ready in 15 to 10 minutes. When I arrived they told me there was a new guy working and he made the pizza wrong and they had to remake it. So I said okay and waited for my pizza to be remade, however when they brought me my order it was still wrong completely wrong not even a little bit accurate.

Pizza hut really need to stop using doordash to deliver. I don’t even use doordash because of nasty stuff I see them doing with people food. I had two orders that were delivered by 2 different doordashers and they both ate of the food. Never again will I order from pizza hut period. Lost me as a customer.

We stopped going to Little Caesars about six months ago because many times when we did an online order it took an hour for them to make it. I am so grateful this Pizza Hut is able to makes the pizzas within 15 min everytime.The associates are nice, friendly and don’t look like they are on drugs. The only thing I would change would be one thing in the app. When there is a deal and I click on it, it gives me options that are not part of the deal. That is confusing and makes it more difficult to use. But other than that, the app is great! I love that they always have a variety of deals. I also love that they have so many options for sauces and meats. My favorite pizza is stuffed crust with white garlic sauce and grilled chicken. I’m grateful Pizza Hut is still a good, dependable company and this location on County Line Road is wonderful!

Usually have great service and food prepared quickly but I don’t know what happened today. I order a mushroom and pineapple pizza, looks there’s barely any mushroom. Terrible job especially if you’re going to charge extra for toppings. Very disappointed…

Just ordered from here, my experience is usually good but I don’t know what happened tonight. My husband picked it up & gave some to the kids before i could even see it but from what’s left it, I would have taken it back as soon as I saw this has he not given it to the kids. it was prepared sloppily.. to much cheese it was supposed to have bacon, pepperoni & ham, there is no bacon & barely any ham. I tried to call to speak with a manager but no one would answer so I left my complaint with Pizza Hut online. This is unacceptable

Bad service is a real difference maker. I pull up and an employee is standing right by the door smoking…pretty sure that was the manager. The poor kid taking customer orders was clearly overwhelmed and ready to walk out. I would not have blamed him. The manager never really helped. Just walked around on her phone and barked orders (after enjoying her smoke of course). By the time I got my food and left (20 minutes later because they had to remake my order), she was back outside with one of the kitchen staff ready for another smoke. The only reason I order from there is because my kids like it. Told them we are not going back for a while (if ever). Please hire employees with better work ethics.
