Very good pizza, nice people. Our pizza was slightly undercooked but it was still fresh and tasty. The website has a bunch of options that aren’t anywhere on the printed menu. There is a disclaimer to that effect on the menu but still that’s weird. The pizza took quite a long time to come out (25 min) even though they didn’t appear to have other customers or takeout orders at the time. The drink selection was hard to see from behind the counter and there was no printed list to read.

I wrote a review but don’t see it. Born & raised in Utica NY East Utica girl from Jay & Catherine St area. Visiting family in White Plains. Your riggies were very good but the tomato pie was way off. The crust was not up to Utica NY standards. You need to step it up with your tomato pie. Sorry just being honest. I really wanted to like it. The quality and taste of the tomato pie was poor.

They have a good variety of specialty pies that I really recommend taking the effort to try many to find your preferences. My mother who doesn’t typically eat too much pizza enjoyed it enough to eat multiple slices. The uniquely crisp, light, and springy crust/undercarriage is the thing you’ll notice the most which separates itself from the majority of pizza places. The cheeses have a nice stretch and stringiness without being overly greasy. Also give one of their stuffed bread rolls a try. Easy street parking is a plus.

Awesome Pizza. Was looking for something with a thicker crust, a bit thinner than Chicago or a NY Sicilian and this place hit the sweet spot. Crispy crust, good sauce, not greasy.
