This Chick-fil-A is just like all of the ones I’ve visited. The drive through is always backed up, even if it’s not lunch or dinner time! The service is pretty fast considering how many people they put through that drive through. The team members are always smiling, very friendly and courteous. I’ve never had bad food from this location or any other Chick-fil-A, but I have to say that the team members are so nice at this location, it makes me want to go back!

Saving cows, one chicken at a time. Legendary customer service; mostly very polite high school students. Service speed is adequate for a Chil-fil-A. Food quality is consistent. Is this a Spicy Chicken Deluxe in this box? No cheese, no tomato, tiny thin chicken served on a sad bun. Ordered online, checked in online, checked in again in drive thru… still had to wait an extra 5 minutes at the window. Team member said we were waiting on the classic, twice. The classic was at the bottom of the bag covered with fries, a cold mac, & sauces with this imposter of a spicy deluxe tossed on top. I don’t think she read the receipt or knew what she was packing.

I just gotta say, our family loves chic-fil-a. Anytime we’re visiting a town that has one that’s always our go to for great fast friendly service and food. Love that it’s a Christian atomosphere no matter which one of these we visit. Our kids are always begging to eat here. But the best part of this review is that this location in Somerset Kentucky was just opened and is now the closest Chick-fil-a near me.
