8/27/23…Why do i keep coming here? It never changes. Its 10:30 am and the place is nasty, so NO one clean the night before? And the sandwich maker, OMG WHO hired this man? If nasty was a person/ sandwich/ your bag nasty. Then you walking around touching stuff with the same glove you making people food with. Close or revamp this this….1time i came…..worst one I have been too. Workers look like they don’t want to be there, store not clean and Workers ( females).Food never rite. Bread/ Bacon dry. Sandwich look nasty, scared to eat it. (No)more will I round up my total.

Went in at 8:58 pm and asked the young lady Savannah if I could still order because I knew they were about to close in 2 minutes, however Savannah was soo nice about it and told me I could still order ! This meant alot because many establishments are rude and with me going in that close to timing I understood if she would have told me no but she didn’t and I got my subs very fast !

They were very busy almost behind a little with the on line orders. The tables were not clean but they wanted customers to sit at them and wait on their orders. As a first responder I didn’t receive any type of discount or wasn’t even asked. The selection of drinks and chips were great though.

4-16-21 – was in the area and decided to give Firehouse Subs a try. Newby alert, so asked the manager about the Steak and Cheese sub and Beef Brisket sub. Ended up going with the Beef Brisket sub (footlong), especially with the BBQ Sauce. I didn’t any toppings. The store was clean, and the location was busy for that time of night, because the restaurant next door was closing earlier. The manager and staff were very patient, especially with a customer who insisted on his sandwiches not being cut. My order came in a timely manner. I was pleased with taste, and will be back for the same sandwich with extra BBQ Sauce.
