One of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. Got my order wrong in multiple ways. Thank goodness I checked my bags before driving off. First off, they had zero Carbonated drinks. Then I asked for mac n cheese instead of fries as side for a meal, told me I said fries when I indeed didn’t. So gave the small fries back to get that changed. Then I asked for a large fry on my meal, instead got a large drink. Said I didn’t, and had the nerve to ask me to pay for another small fry to make a large. I said here, take my large drink back I’d rather have the large fry I ordered. Actually took my drink back (which I already drank out of) and poured it out (wasteful!). Couldn’t believe they made a whole deal about such a small swap and to even ask me to basically pay for their mistake. Food was pretty terrible. I’ve had better from other Popeyes locations. Doubt I’ll come back to this location. Needs some serious work on listening and their customer service.

I will never come back to Popeye’s. Got two orders of “popcorn shrimp,” which was a total of $21.73. They were basically small worms. Mashed potatoes are fake and Mac n cheese was soggy and gross… I tried to get a refund, but they couldn’t because it was from last night at 9pm. “Okay, can I at least have a gift card or something?” No, because there was no manager there. Then they asked me to come back “in an hour or so” when she was there. Well, I have to go back to work, so that’s not going to happen. What a waste of money and time. Forewarning— either don’t eat here, or at least stick to the chicken. Awful experience for both the food and customer service. Here are some photos with a small and large paper clip, for a size comparison… nasty. Extremely disappointing for almost $22.

Clean, friendly staff. I live in irving and drive to this popeyes all the time! In my opinion it’s the best one in the DFW. The chicken is always fresh! biscuits are always soft and fries are always hot and crispy 10/10

Worst drive-thru service in Grapevine. The last 3 times I’ve been, they left something out of my order, such as the dipping sauce or the biscuits. What’s worse is that they were not even busy at the time, but apparently couldn’t spare a few seconds to verify the accuracy of my order before giving it to me.

Went thru the drive thru. Ask for the Saturday special. Which is chicken sandwich and drink. We order spicy chicken sandwiches. We told her TWICE. What was upsetting the lady wouldn’t shut up while we were ordering kept talking over us. So when we got our order. It was classic not spicy. They need to listen to us not talk over us.

Outrageous amount to pay for chicken. Tried calling to talk to manager, for poor customer service, doesn’t ring, call drops. Web site deals aren’t current apparently. 40.00 for 12 pieces of chicken. Going to be a long time before I go back.

I can’t understand how a place is empty and they can’t give you good service. I ordered 2 chicken hips and a chicken breast and couldn’t believe the size of them. The three pieces of chicken together barely made one. You can see it in one of the photos that I took one of them. They looked like a quail hen. To make matters worse, I don’t eat the skin of the chicken, so when I removed it, the meat was reduced to nothing. I spoke to the person who attended me and they replied that this is how they are coming now. They also gave us a mashed potato that we did not ask for and the person noticed it and about 3 minutes later he went to our table, took it and also put it in a bag and gave it to a person who was at the window. I could not believe it. With the things that we are experiencing today with covid 19 and the most calm employee did that. The sauces that we asked were not given to us and the side that I asked was given to me small and I ordered it large. I don’t want to imagine if the place were full how many mistakes I would make. Very unfortunate that the Popeyes chain has such a low reputation but you can see why.

Went through drive thru at around 9:35pm. There was a Spanish woman at the window who handed us the food and she was truly the warmest and sweetest person, gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Made mine and my husbands night just with her attitude. Food was amazing too
