What an amazing place! Went last night for the first time with some friends visiting from abroad and all of us were impressed and delighted with the food. Our server Paul, went above and beyond to guide us through the whole food and mixology experience, really made us feel like VIP. Advised us to visit the roof top sushi place and i can’t wait to visit. Everything was exceptional, staring with the smell as soon as you walk into the lobby as with the recommendations on the food, everything was exquisite!

Everything about this place was great. The service. The food. The free valet parking. Our server was nice and explained the menu to us. They only serve mocktails here but you are allowed to bring your own liquor and they will add it to your drinks. We got the steak , chicken ,fries and rice.

This is a restaurant set inside a health and wellness hotel. Both the hotel and restaurant provide a peaceful and soothing experience. Made a special trip (2 hr drive) as an early mothers day gift. Enjoyed lunch as soon as it opened. Servers were extremely pleasant and professional, providing an upscale experience. It was hard to choose whether to sit outside or stay on because both setting were unique and beautiful. We tried the non-alcoholic drinks that had the most dramatic presentation and the Mixologist designed, delivered, and instructed his creations personally. Very unique and entertaining lunch and we couldnt have enjoyed the food more. We look forward to also coming back at night time to eat at another restaurant on the rooftop of this tall building on weekends. Its pricey but worth it. Note the mandatory 20% tip (in spite of just a party of 3) included on your bill because they dont explain it. I provided a 30% tip then noticed there was an additional 20% already added and was confused as to how to treat the servers appropriately. Ended up just making the total tip 30%. Its best to get an explanation ahead of time if you visit.

We just had the most amazing meal at Salt and the Cellar. Our server Paul was so fantastic, he gave us all the best tips and paced our meal just right and really let us enjoy our experience. He was easily one of the best servers I’ve ever had. And dining at Salt & the Cellar is an experience. Not only is the food amazing, but the mocktails are beyond. If you enjoy wine or cocktails with alcohol, you can BYOB and the staff is wonderfully accommodating. We brought vodka for our mocktails and a bottle of one of our favorite reds for our meal. But those things are absolutely not necessary to have a once in a lifetime experience here. Whether you’re local or here on vacation, this is a must visit spot!

Service was AMAZING, Gabriel and Rafael were attentive and and made our 24 year anniversary pleasurable. The way that they incorporated the visual aspect with the aromatherapy into the drinks and the food was a unique and wonderful experience.

Located in ETTE HOTEL, this was an eclectic dining experience with panache. We intended to order high tea, but missed the note that it’s only served on Sundays. Hot tea, Bento Boxes and Avocado Toast were our antidote to disappointment. The restaurant was pristine and the service impeccable. Get a seat outside by the fountain or fireplace, or dine inside on their see through tables. I’ve added extra photos to give you a feel for the ambience. Enjoy!

A spectacular experience from start to finish. The ambiance walking into the resort sends you into a relaxing atmosphere. For starters we got the Tuna Pizza, Waygu tacos, and Spinach Ohitashi. The spinach is deconstructed table side and is probably the best spinach salad I’ve ever had. For dinner I had the Jidori chicken with comes with a maple garlic soy sauce. The balance of the sauce and chicken and potato purée is spectacular. For dinner we shared the Toban Filet Mignon, and NY strip. The stripe is presented with five amazing salts from around the world. A unique paring for seasoning of the meat. For sides we tried the Fried rice, Waygu fried rice, and mushrooms. The fried rice was outstanding! For dinner we shared all three of there signature deserts the AB cigar, Yuzu curd, and Chocolate cup. Each was a unique presentation packed with elegant flavors. We can’t wait to come back to try more dishes and experience all the food. Thomas was our delightful server and explained everything very well. For drinks they’re a wellness resort, so they have mocktails. But you’re welcome to bring your own wine and spirits. At the entrance of the resort they have an amazing display of fragrances and candles for purchase. We got the ette signature scent for our house that smells amazing as a diffuser. Be sure to check them out on your way out!

I had an amazing experience here, the food tasted incredible and the service was fantastic. Our server Gabriel was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the menu with good recommendations. The real highlight of the night came from the creative mocktails they provide since it’s alcohol-free dining. Our mixologist Ella showed off a few of their special drinks which definitely elevated the whole experience. I look forward to going back and trying out more!

We really had no idea what was in store for us at Salt & the Cellar. We were pleasantly surprised. Starting with the wagyu tacos and tuna pizza (not to be missed!). The entree portion sizes were surprisingly large…we chose sole, miso sea bass, jidori chicken and ny strip. All entrees were a hit. The servers were impeccably on point. There is a byob policy if you’d like to bring your own wine. Enjoy!

Incredible! We attended their Sunday tea service for Birthday celebrations and the whole experience was extravagant, delicious, and special. The different teas were extensive. The tea sandwiches were quite the variety and filling. My favorite hands down were the scones with the Apple/Pistachio preserve and the egg salad sandwiches. My compliments to Chef Alex. My husband is vegetarian and he did not disappoint. In fact, the Chef catered a whole separate array of sandwiches to suit his vegetarian needs without compromising on taste or appearance.
