Stickball Special
Provolone, ham and salami. Ordering a #2 with salami instead of cappaculo became a mouthful for some of our hungry customers, so we gave it a name and a number to call its own. The Stickball Special comes with provolone, ham, and salami and truly knocks it out of the park.
Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

So, finally decided to try Jersey Mike’s as i had a coupon and they had gluten free rolls. Young lady at the counter was ok, not particularly engaged, I figure she was busy. I found that they do not have fresh garlic to put on. I also asked for it toasted. The person said something like, “well yeah”. My point is that the roll that came out was soft and not in any way toasted. The sub itself was pretty good besides that. The picture shows the sub with 2 bites out of it. They were out of straws and I think lids as well. The portion for the price was not bad, counting my $2 coupon. Compared to having no access to a steak and cheese sub on a GF bun, this was pretty good. Compared to the recent, fantastic experience I had at a little restaurant in PA, this place can’t hold a candle.

Their sandwiches/subs are way overpriced compared to the hot/cold sandwiches/subs at Market Basket just across the street which closes at 8pm – so if I don’t make it there before closing time, just try to do a phone order at Jersey Mike’s – you’ll wait till tomorrow before they pick up…so you drive across the street and observe three imbeciles behind the counter: one sweeping, one cleaning the grill, another one may be revelling in storytelling – but no one waiting on any customers(they close at 9 p.m.)… So heads up, they don’t pick up for phone orders … I guess that’s their genius way of lightening their workload. So I walked out.

Picked up an order for me and my work colleagues today. I was the only one not to have a sandwich and ordered the ‘bowl’ I paid $3-4 more than everyone else and had as much lettace as they did in their sandwich but no bread and paid more?!?! It was nice overall but who does the portion sizing and thinks a salad with no lettace is acceptable?!?!

(After posting a picture of the Club Supreme sub that was missing the Bacon, and noticed it got deleted, I edited and added the picture again..to just see it got deleted again. Funny how the picture of the sub that got made right isn’t deleted lmao. I don’t know why the sub that they messed up keeps getting deleted. It’s very suspicious. Clearly someone isn’t happy they don’t know how to do their job ( make a sub correctly) I’m changing my rating from 4 stars to 1.
