The order was wrong, I probably should have checked it before leaving since I was getting on the highway. And their drink fountain had no carbonation, so they suggested the fruit punch, which amounted to pink warm water. And the dining area was full of smoke.

There was smoke all inside the building my eyes was burning the staff was gracious and made all my chicken fresh and the young guy even helped me carry it all to the car. The food though doesn’t taste like KFC anymore the chicken was fresh but was aweful. The service was excellent.

Quick trip through the drive-through to order my favorite item, which is the pot pie. Its a hit and miss at this location because sometimes the pot pie is juicy and at other times it’s dry. Today was an off day because it was so dry on the inside. I ate two of the wings, but looking at the picture you can see how small they are. I expected more for $6.99. But I will give credit where credit is due. The wings were hot and seasoned perfectly.

This was the worst! Ordered 3 piece big box crispy white meat (paid $1.30 more for white meat) I got thigh, leg, and itty bitty wing. Crispy chicken looked horrible and tasted about the same. Ordered fries – got Mac & cheese. First bite of the biscuit and I thought it was actually good. Wrong! Second bite was doughy. Even the Pepsi tasted bad!

I drove 30 minutes here because I had a taste of some classic chicken and I got there and I had to use the bathroom. The store looked like no one was there and so I went to the drive thru to pick up my food from the mobile order and to use the bathroom and the guy on the headset was rude and told me that he couldn’t let a paying customer use the bathroom. Getting a refund is super difficult and so I’m never shopping here. This is a horrible experience. Avoid this place like the plague. I was so upset I drove off without my food, and I will never trust this raggedy brand again. How can places have such horrible customer service and still exist. They must keep getting a bunch of new customers because there ain’t no way.

Worst experience ever. Worker clearly didn’t want to cook our orders. Asked if we wanted to wait for it. After we said yes, he grumbled and asked us to move forward and wait… when he brings out the food he just stared us down, all the way as we pulled out the parking lot. Made me feel so uncomfortable that neither of us ate our orders.. we went to checkers.

Today a young, black male, had the worst attitude ever when he brought my food out to the car. I said “thank you ” in hopes of he saying it back, but instead, he turned and went inside, then turned around and walked towards my car asking me what I said as if he wanted to do something to me. My sister made me drive off. I have never experienced this type of behavior before and I called back to let the manager know what happened. This young man should not be working any where with an attitude like that. On top of this, the food was nasty! I’m never coming back to this location!

Went to dine in with my dad and bf who speak little English and my dad asked if they had grilled chicken. Young man rudley answered with a smirk and said we don’t have grilled chicken here. I was translanting to see what we were going to order and as I asked for 8 Pc family meal the guy rudley said to another worker a lady to come take our order. As she was walked over she had a smile on her face and asked the young guy what happened as she walked over to us. The lady didn’t even bother asking what she can get us was worried about the man who was attending us just standing in the corner by drive through. We walked out just very poor service. In general the workers there just dont want to work even when they talk they talk very soft and you can tell they just do t care and don’t want to be there. Never coming back.

Decent food, very dirty. I stopped in at 7:30pm in a Sunday night. There were about 4 employees that I could see. The buffet was taken down, and it looked like they were closing. (Open till 9pm in this date). The food took about 5 minutes to be prepared. The clerk was nice and helpful. Sadly the restaurant was very messy. There were garbage bags, dirty plates, and a broom laying in the dining room. Inside the men’s bathroom there was a garbage bag in front of the urinal, and the sink looked like it was being repaired (pipe on the floor). All told I will not be returning.
