In 1994, Tony Natalie and Edward Frusci opened Galleria Pizza in downtown Rochester, NY on Main and Broad. We spent 5 amazing years at this location when we learned that the building next door to us was going to be demolished, and that our building was being sold. With only 30 days to exit, we scrambled to find a new location that was in the same area. We didn’t want to move too far and leave the loyal customers we had gained. Fortunately, we were lucky to find our second location at 17 East Main Street.
But like many things in life, the overhead at the second location became too much and we could no longer afford to stay there. After 5 years at our 2nd location, we were on the hunt again for a new area to rent. God was on our side again.

I was visiting Rochester and this pizzeria was across the street from the hotel. Decided to give it a shot. Upon entering, it felt homely. They had an interesting setup and the gentleman at the counter would read out orders via a PA system basically. It was different from other restaurants I’ve been to. He also greeted all the regulars by name and would ask them “The usual?” It showed great customer service. The food was also very tasty. Would definitely visit again if I ever come back to the area.

I was staying at the Holiday Inn on State Street in Downtown Rochester when I noticed an Open sign flashing in a little window across the alley. I took a walk over, and was pleasantly surprised. Their menu is extensive, along with the list of daily specials. I opted for the Chicken Cordon Bleu wrap, and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly, the service was good, and the restaurant was clean. I highly recommend this hidden gem if you’re ever in Downtown Rochester.

Love this place. Tony is awesome and very nice! The staff are amazing, and work to make sure your food is cooked right and fast. Sometimes, you have to try and get there before it gets super busy because there is a wait, but the food is worth it. I’ve had a variety of food here, and each dish has been good to me.
