I get a coupon in the mail. I decided to try Jets. I go there and order and waited inside. The cashier tells me that she will bring my order to my car outside and to wait there. 35 mins later i go back inside only to find my order sitting in a box on the oven getting cold. She was in the back on the phone nowhere to be found.

Ordered a salad from this location 20 minutes before picking it up and when I got there they told me that it wasn’t ready. Their employees were in the back screwing around instead of preparing my salad. What kind is service is this. A salad doesn’t need 20 minutes or more to prepare. They ended up preparing it when I got there instead of having it ready for me to pick up. What’s the point of ordering online then. Won’t be ordering from them again for sure.

My one star is not for the pizza but it is for the customer relations/service. I ordered a party tray through the text option and i paid for it prior to picking up. When i got to the store I was told that the payment didn’t go through. I was like, are you sure because I submitted it online and it said complete. The worker rolled his eyes and looked annoyed, like i was wasting his time. So i ran my credit card again. When I got home, I saw that I paid twice, so i called the store the next day and they voided one of the charges and said that it would take a couple days. I waited seven days and it still wasn’t refunded so I went back to the store to get it straightened out. They told me i have to come back when the owner is there. At this point in like, Is this a joke? So when i finally was able to meet all the criteria to get my refunded, the owner Franko looked annoyed. It was getting busy so he was clearly annoyed that i was there at that time, but maybe if they handled it the first fifteen times that i tried. Anyways, he didn’t say I’m sorry, he didn’t offer to make it up. Instead, I was made to feel like an a-hole. It’s too bad, because we love the pizza. I won’t be ordering from there again.

Always great service in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location. They went above and beyond after a tiny mistake and insisted on making us a new pizza in record time. Those complaining about price increases obviously don’t get out much, including the grocery store. PROTIP text orders at some jets are 20% off.

Shady things going on at this store. Not super happy about the experience I just had, I was extremely mislead and feel it was intentional to get more money out of me. I called the store to place a delivery order. Before I ordered I asked if they have the deep dish duo deal which is 6 slices of pizza and a side of bread for around $15. They said yes they have it. So I ordered and my food was delivered. My total was over $30! I was so confused. I gave the delivery driver a $50 bill expecting to get change and give him a tip but he took the money and started to walk away. I asked for change and he made a big deal about it. He finally gave me change and left without giving me a receipt. I finally open up my boxes to eat and the pizza is missing two of the slices, I only got four instead of the six that comes with deep dish duo. Between the price overcharge and the missing slices, I called the store to speak to a manager. I explain the whole situation and she proceeds to tell me they don’t have a deep dish duo deal anymore and they gave me a small instead which now only has four slices. The manager totally dismissed everything I said and pretty much told me sorry that’s just how it is. So they mislead me when I called to specifically ask ahead of time (prior to ordering) if they have the deep dish duo deal and told me they have it. Then created their own order at a much higher price that is not what I asked for. And didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t even submit a costumer service inquiry on the website. Super unhappy and that was a super shady deal by everyone involved. I’d be cautious if you plan on ordering from here.
